Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verschluss zum lösbaren Verbinden zweier Textilteile, mit zwei zusammenwirkenden, an dem einen bzw. an dem andern Textilteil befestigbaren, als Mannchen- und Weibchenelement ausgebildeten Verschlusselement, die miteinander gelenkig verbindbar in der Verschlussebene gegeneinander verdrehbar sind und von welchen zumindest eines eine Öse od. dgl. zum Anschluss des Stoffendes aufweist. Der Verschluss ist vor allem für Bekleidungsstücke, insbesondere jedoch für Wäsche und Bademoden bestimmt, wobei vor allem an Verschlüssen für Büstenhalter gedacht ist.
Durch seine vorteilhafte Ausbildung und handliche Betätigung ist der Verschluss besonders an Stellen bevorzugt, an denen zwei zu verbindende Teile durch die Bewegung der das Bekleidungsstück tragenden Person ihre Lage zueinander verändern bzw. die schwer zugänglich sind.
Bei den bekannten druckknopfartigen Verschlüssen sind die beiden Verschlussteile, d. h. der Vorsprung des Männchenelementes und die mit dem Vorsprung einen Verschluss eingehende Öffnung des Weibchenelementes oval, wodurch der Nachteil entsteht, dass die beiden Teile zueinander eine fixe Lage beibehalten und die an sie angeschlossenen Stoffenden bei einer Bewegung der Person Falten bilden, welche bei eng anliegenden Bekleidungsstücken Druckstellen am Körper verursachen oder zumindest das Aussehen des Bekleidungsstückes oder eines darüber getragenen Bekleidungsstückes beeinträchtigen.
Durch die DE-OS 1937453 ist ein Verschluss bekanntgeworden, welcher aus einer hohlkugelartigen Pfanne und einem darin eingesetzten Kugelgelenk besteht, das in einer Winkellage zur Schliessstellung in die Pfanne eingesetzt und in die Schliessstellung verdreht werden muss. Bei Vorderverschlüssen von Büstenhaltern bereitet diese Bewegung Schwierigkeiten, da das Einsetzen der Kugel in die Pfanne an eine gewisse Geschicklichkeit geknüpft ist.
Um den Mängeln der oben erwähnten bekannten Verschlüsse zu begegnen wird bei einem Verschluss der eingangs beschriebenen Art erfindungsgemäss vorgeschlagen, dass das Weibehenelement eine durchgehende Öffnung aufweist und die in Wirkverbindung tretenden Flächen der beiden Elemente zylindrisch sind und in der Schlussstellung einen druckknopfartigen Verschluss bilden, welcher eine Schwenkbewegung der beiden Elemente aus einer Mittellage nach beiden Richtungen hin ermöglicht.
In vorteilhafter Weise ist der Kopplungsansatz des Männchenelementes stirnseitig mit mindestens einem diagonalen Schlitz versehen.
Weitere Einzelheiten der Erfindung werden an Hand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert, in welchen Ausführungsbeispiele des erfindungsgemässen Verschlusses dargestellt sind. Es zeigen Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht eines offenen Verschlusses, Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie II-II der Fig. 1 in der Stellung der Verschlussteile vor dem unmittelbaren Zusammendrücken derselben, die Fig. 3 bis 5 geänderte Ausführungsformen der Weibchenelemente in der Draufsicht und Fig. 6 eine weitere Ausführungsform eines Verschlusses in der Schliesslage und Draufsicht.
Der in den Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellte Verschluss besteht aus einem Männchenelement-l-und einem Weibchenelement-2--. Beide Elemente sind aus Kunststoff hergestellt und besitzen jeweils eine Grundplatte --7 bzw. 8-- mit einer daran anschliessenden Öse --3 bzw. 4-- zum Annähen des Endes der miteinander zu verbindenden Stoffteile, z. B. der Körbchen von Büstenhaltern. Das Männchenelement-l- weist einen auf der Grundplatte --7-- mittig angeordneten, nach aussen abstehenden Kopplungsansatz - -5--, welcher mit einem stirnseitig offenen diagonalen Schlitz --9--, einem eingeschnürten Schulterab- schnitt --10-- und einem erweiterten Kopf --11-- versehen ist.

Schliesslich sei noch erwähnt, dass die Dicke der beiden Platten --7, 8-- etwa die Hälfte der Dicke der beiden Ösen --3, 4-- beträgt, wobei die Ösen an der Seite der Platten vorstehen, an welcher die beiden Verschlussteile ineinandergeführt werden, so dass in der Schliessstellung abgesehen von allfälligen aussenseitigen Verzierungen, Bombierungen od. dgl. der Grundplatte des Männchenelementes ebene Verschlussflächen entstehen, d. h., dass die Aussenflächen --14-- der beiden Ösen --3, 4-- und die Aussenflächen --15-- der beiden Grundplatten --7, 8-- bündig abschliessen.

Selbstverständlich können im Rahmen der Erfindung verschiedene konstruktive Abänderungen vorgenommen werden. So ist es beispielsweise gemäss Fig. 3 möglich, die Grundplatte--8--des Weibehenteiles-2-mit zwei einander diametral gegenüberliegenden Ösen --4, 4'-- zu versehen. Solche Verschlussteile sind für Zwecke gedacht, wo zueinander senkrecht oder schräg verlaufende Bänder bzw.
Stoff teile zu verbinden sind. In diesem Falle kommt die Öse des nicht dargestellten Männchenelementes zwischen die beiden Ösen des Weibehenelementes zu liegen.
Fig. 4 zeigt ein mit ebenfalls zwei Ösen 4'--ausgestattetes Weibehenelement-2--, dass jedoch darüber hinaus auch zwei Öffnungen --12, 12'-- besitzt. Ein solches Weibchenelement kann für das Nackenband von Badeanzügen zum Anschluss der beiden Schulterbänder verwendet werden.
Fig. 5 zeigt ein Weibchenelement-2--, welches beispielsweise für Latzhosen geeignet ist, deren Schulterträger an den Stegen-16-- des Weibchenteiles-2-- zu befestigen sind, während die Anschlussbänder mit einem Männchenelement jeweils in die öffnung --12-- des zugehörigen Weibchenelementes eingedrückt werden.
Schliesslich zeigt Fig. 6 einen der Ausführungsform nach den Fig. 1 und 2 ähnlichen Verschluss, bei welchem, wie die dargestellte Schliesslage des Verschlusses deutlich erkennen lässt, die Stege --17-- beider Ösen --3, 4-- um die Drehachse der beiden Verschlussteile herum kreisbogenförmig gekrümmt sind, was den Vorteil bringt, dass sich ein aus der Mittellage verschobenes Band wieder zurückstellen kann.
Zur Unterstützung der Federung kann der Kopplungsansatz --5-- an Stelle eines Schlitzes --5-auch deren mehrere, beispielsweise zwei sich kreuzende Schlitze aufweisen, wobei neben dem Schlitz oder den Schlitzen auch ein mittiges Loch vorgesehen sein kann, das allenfalls auch die Grundplatte --7-durchsetzen kann.
