Einsatzstück für explosionssichere Verschlüsse.
Die bisherigen aus gelochten Hohlkörpern bestehenden Einsätze (Netz- oder Siebeins tze, s. z. B. die deutsche Patentschrift Nr. 14958]) weisen den Nachteil auf, dass sie nicht aus einem nahtlosen Stück bestehen und daher an der Stelle, wo sie z. B. gelötet sind, leicht durchschmelzen.
Auch wurden diese beim Einführen eines Werkzeuges oder dergl. beschädigt, verschoben und durchstossen, wonach natürlich eine Sicherheit nicht mehr vorhanden ist.
Den bekannten Einsätzen gegenüber besteht der angemeldete Verschluss aus einem gelochten Hohlkörper, der vollkommen nahtlos hergestellt ist und daher nicht so leicht verletzt werden kann und auch sonst infolge seiner Beschaffenheit bei weitem dauerhafter, daher auch gegen Explosionen sicherer ist.
In der Zeichnung ist ein solcher Hohlkörper in 4 Figuren dargestellt. In den oberen Teil des Hohlkörpers Cl, der mit den Lochungen C und Ci versehen ist, wird der zweckmässig mit einem Schmelzventil versehene Deckel eingeschraubt.
Der Hohlkörper wird zweckmässig aus Aluminium, Messing und dergleichen Metallen durch Giessen, Stanzen oder Drucken hergestellt.

The previous inserts consisting of perforated hollow bodies (Netz- or Siebeins tze, see z. B. German Patent No. 14958]) have the disadvantage that they do not consist of a seamless piece and therefore at the point where they are z. B. are soldered, melt easily.
These were also damaged, displaced and pierced when a tool or the like was inserted, after which there is of course no longer any security.
In contrast to the known inserts, the registered closure consists of a perforated hollow body which is made completely seamless and therefore cannot be injured so easily and is otherwise by far more durable due to its nature, therefore also safer against explosions.
In the drawing, such a hollow body is shown in 4 figures. The cover, which is expediently provided with a melt valve, is screwed into the upper part of the hollow body Cl, which is provided with the perforations C and Ci.
The hollow body is expediently made of aluminum, brass and similar metals by casting, stamping or printing.
