Die so verklebten Bauplatten sind statisch belastbar und können im Gegensatz zu andern Natursteinen auf Biegezug beansprucht werden.
Wie bereits angedeutet, können auch Natursteine zu Bauplatten verklebt werden. Es ist daher nicht notwendig, dass die Einzelplatten einstückig ausgebildet sind. Es können vielmehr Natursteine, z. B.
Naturschiefer zu Einzelplatten zusammengesetzt werden, worauf auf diese aus einzelnen Plättchen bestehende Einzelplatte die Klebschicht aus Wasserglas und das Gewebe, insbesondere Glasfasergewebe aufgebracht wird. Darauf kann z. B. eine aus anderem Material bestehende Einzelplatte geklebt werden. Es entstehen dadurch Bauplatten, deren Mittelschicht und deren Aussenschichten aus verschiedenen Materialien bestehen.
Es soll abschliessend noch hervorgehoben werden, dass die erfindungsgemässe Verklebung mittels Wasserglas eine sehr hohe Temperaturbeständigkeit, nämlich bis über 1000 C aufweist. Die Temperaturbeständigkeit herkömmlicher Kleber liegt weit darunter.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
1. Bauplatte, bestehend aus miteinander verklebten Einzelplatten, d a d u r c h g e k e n n - zeichnet, dass die Einzelplatten unter Zwischenlage von Geweben, insbesondere Glasfasergeweben in an sich bekannter Weise mittels Wasserglas miteinander verklebt sind.
