Vorrichtung zum Verspannen eines Zapfens mit einem Bauteil, insbesondere Verbinder von Möbelteilen, wobei der Zapfen in eine in dem Bauteil angebrachte Bohrung eingeführt und mittels einer am Bauteil eingesetzten Wurmschraube verspannt wird, wobei der Zapfen in seinem Umfang eine Druckfläche für den Angriff der Wurmschraube aufweist,   dadurch gekennzeichnet,   dass die Wurmschraube (8) im Bauteil (4) schräg, vorzugsweise senkrecht zur Druckfläche (7) des Zapfens   (1)   angeordnet ist.
