Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Montageplatte mit einem elastischen Dübel, und einem Spreizteil, insbesondere für Möbelscharniere, der in eine Öffnung des Dübels einpressbar und in Montagestellung, vorzugsweise in eine Hinterschneidung in der Dübelöffnung ragt.
Derartige Montageplatten finden in der modernen Möbelindustrie vielfach Verwendung, beispielsweise als Grundplatten für Scharniere oder Möbelverbinder, aber auch Aufhängeteile, wie Haken u. dgl. Weiters werden auch Dübeltöpfe von Scharnieren, die mit einem Ausrichtzapfen versehen sind nach dieser Art hergestellt.
Diese Montageplatten sollen einmal gute Verankerungseigenschaften im Material des Möbels haben und sollen auf der andern Seite auch belastbar sein, also beispielsweise bei der Verwendung als Trägerkörper für ein Scharnier nicht bruchgefährdet sein.
Eine wesentliche Anforderung an eine derartige Halteeinrichtung ist jedoch die nach einer guten
Verankerung, des Spreizteiles im Dübel.
Erfindungsgemäss wird dies dadurch erreicht, dass der Spreizteil mit einem ringförmigen Ansatz ausgebildet ist, der sich in Einschubrichtung verjüngt und in Ausziehrichtung einen Absatz aufweist, der den Ansatz senkrecht zum Mantel des Spreizteiles abschliesst.
Nachstehend wird die Erfindung an Hand der Zeichnungen eingehend beschrieben. Die Fig. l zeigt ein Schaubild einer erfindungsgemässen Montageplatte, die als Trägerkörper für ein Scharnier mit
Dübeltopf Anwendung findet. In der Fig. l sind der Dübeltopf und der ihn umgebende Mantel und der
Spreizteil und der mit dem Mantel mittels einer Platte verbundene Dübel für den Spreizteil auseinander- gezogen gezeichnet. Die Fig. 2 zeigt den Gegenstand der Fig. l in Seitenansicht und teilweise im Schnitt, die Fig. 3 zeigt einen Schnitt durch einen erfindungsgemässen Dübel und eine Seitenansicht eines dazugehörigen Spreizteiles und die Fig. 4 zeigt eine Seitenansicht einer erfindungsgemässen Montageplatte, die als Grundplatte für einen Scharnierarm ausgebildet ist, wobei die Dübel ebenfalls im Schnitt gezeichnet sind.
Wie insbesondere in der Fig. 2 ersichtlich, weist der aus metallischem Material gefertigte Dübeltopf - eine stirnseitig angeordnete Trägerplatte --2-- auf, an der der als Ausrichtzapfen dienende
Spreizteil --3-- angeordnet ist.
Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist dabei der Dübeltopf-l--mit einer Wulst --4-- versehen.
Korrespondierend zum Dübeltopf --1-- und zum Spreizteil --3-- ist ein Kunststoffgehäuse vorgesehen, welches einen Mantel --5-- für den Dübeltopf --1-- und einen Dübel --6-- aufweist, wobei der Dübel --6-- in Montagelage den Spreizteil --3-- aufnimmt. Der Mantel --5-- und der Dübel --6-- sind dabei im Ausführungsbeispiel mittels eines Steges --7-- miteinander verbunden.
Im Montagezustand sind nun das Gehäuse für den Dübeltopf-l-und der Spreizteil --3-- in den Kunststoffmantel --5-- und den Dübel --6-- eingepresst bzw. von diesem umgeben.
Im Ausführungsbeispiel ist dabei der Mantel --5-- für den Dübeltopf --1-- derart ausgeführt, dass er den Dübeltopf-l-nicht zur Gänze umgibt, sondern diesen C-förmig umfasst.
Der Mantel --5-- und der Dübel --6-- sind an ihrer Aussenseite mit Rillen --8-- versehen, die im Ausführungsbeispiel dreieckigen Querschnitt aufweisen, um so eine bessere Verankerung des Dübeltopfes im Möbelteil, beispielsweise Spanplatte zu gewährleisten.
Der Spreizteil --3-- weist nun an seinem Mantel --9-- einen ringförmigen Ansatz --10-- auf. Dieser Ansatz --10-- ist derart ausgeführt, dass er sich wie insbesondere aus den Fig. 2, 3 und 4 ersichtlich, in Einschubrichtung --E-- verjüngt und in Ausziehrichtung --A-- mit einem Absatz --10'-- abschliesst, der normal zum Mantel --9-- bzw. zur Mantelfläche des Spreizteiles --3-- liegt.
Der Dübel --6-- ist mit einer axial ausgebildeten Öffnung --1-- versehen; die Öffnung --11-- weist einen Bereich --11'-- mit kleinerem Durchmesser auf und in Einschubrichtung vorne gesehen eine Hinterschneidung --11'-- die als Öffnungsbereich mit grösserem Durchmesser zur Dübelspitze hin ausläuft.
Innerhalb der Öffnung --11-- bildet sich somit eine Stufe --12--, an dieser Stufe --12-- liegt der Ansatz --10-- in Montagelage mit seinem Absatz --10'-- an.
In der Fig. 4 ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel gezeigt, bei dem die Spreizteile --3-- an einer Montageplatte --13--, wie sie beispielsweise zur Befestigung eines Scharnierarmes dient, befestigt sind.
In der Fig. 3 sind ein erfindungsgemässer Spreizteil --3-- und ein dazugehöriger Dübel --6-- allein gezeigt.

Gemäss der Erfindung kann der Dübel --6-- beispielsweise aus Polyoxymethylen oder einem Polyamid gefertigt sein, während der Spreizteil --3-- aus metallischem Material, beispielsweise aus Guss gefertigt ist.
