The invention relates to a transport securing device, in particular for flywheel bearings or bearings for pivotable motors in recording or reproducing devices, consisting of a wedge-shaped element and a device-side receiving device for the element.
When securing bearing plates for pivotable motors, it is known to use screws which are connected to walls fixed to the device. Such backups require additional operations such. B. Drilling and tapping. But this type of fastening of the movable part is also cumbersome when assembling the transport securing elements, since the screwing-in process is time-consuming. In addition, with some constructions, the degree of screw-in depth is an essential factor for the degree of securing.
There are known transport locks, especially for turntables in record players, which are wedge-shaped and are placed between the rotating plate and a wall fixed to the device for transporting the device. Such a safety device, however, only acts as a brake for the rotation of the plate relative to the housing, but does not provide protection for the storage of the plate in the event of shock loads during the transport of the device.
The invention is intended to avoid these disadvantages and this is achieved in that the element has at least two locking lugs acting in the direction of insertion into the device-side receiving device in couplings in a known manner, which locking lugs are assigned a counter-locking on the receiving device. The locking lugs can be attached to the side of the element, but they are preferably provided on the wedge-shaped surface. A particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention results when the locking lugs are arranged on a resilient rib running parallel to a stable wedge surface of the element.
Further advantages and features of the invention emerge from the description of the exemplary embodiments shown schematically in the drawings.
1 shows an arrangement of a pivotable motor in a cinema projector, for the transport of which the device according to the invention can advantageously be used. FIG. 2 shows transport securing elements for this arrangement. In FIG. 3, the securing element from FIG. 2 is shown in connection with a bearing plate to be secured.
A shaded pole drive motor of a projector, denoted by -l in FIG. 1, is mounted pivotably about an axis-2. By pivoting the motor via a control device (not shown), a friction wheel --4-- arranged on the rotor axis --3-- can be brought into engagement with one of the two friction wheels - 6, 7 - arranged on the transmission shaft - 5. The ability to swivel the motor must be secured while the device is being transported. A wedge-shaped element --8-- provided for this purpose is shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B. This element --8-- has a wedge surface --9-- and two ribs --10, 11-- which run parallel to the wedge surface --9-- and are each provided with locking lugs --12-.
In Fig. 3 this wedge-shaped element --8-- is shown in connection with a bearing plate --13-- for the motor --1-- from Fig. 1. This bearing plate is provided with a counter-catch --14-- which when the element --8-- is pushed in, bends the resilient ribs-10, 11-. A contact surface --15-- of the bearing plate is supported on the wedge surface --9-- of the element --8-- and limits its insertion movement in connection with a wall --16-- of the projector. At the same time, the notches - 12, 14 - secure an unintentional shifting or slipping of the wedge.
To make it easier to insert the element --8-- or to unlock the transport storage of the motor by pulling out the element --8--, it has two extensions --17 and 18-.
The device according to the invention is particularly advantageous due to the simple handling when securing and unlocking and, moreover, also cheap to manufacture. In particular, plastic is the ideal material for the element --8--. An additional advantage can be offered by choosing a particularly eye-catching color for the element --8--, in order to draw the attention of the operator to the transport lock that is still in place before the device is started up.
