  Heim Gebrauch derselben zeigte sich nun das Bedürfnis nach einer praktischen Anschlussklemme, welche rasch an jeder erforderlichen Stelle des Widerstandselementes, auch wenn das Element bereits in den Widerstand eingebaut ist, montiert werden kann. Da sich sowohl die Schläuche als auch die Klemmen beim Gebrauch sehr intensiv erwärmen, so ist vor allem wesentlich, dass auch während eines nachträglichen Verschiebens der Klemme zur genauen Justierung der Widerstände der Kontakt zwischen Klemme und Metallschlauch stets ein derart inniger bleibt, dass auch die auf bzw. in der Klemme erzeugte Wärme auf den Schlauch übertragen und von der durch den Schlauch zirkulierenden Kühlflüssigkeit mit abgeführt wird.
