<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

The invention relates to a partially submerged, transportable energy distribution and / or energy generation station with a unit set, in particular an electrical converter station with a high-voltage part, a transformer and a low-voltage part, which is covered with a flat concrete roof.
From the German Offenlegungsschrift 2311724 such a power distribution station has already become known, in which the concrete slab covering the station building has a recess which is called
Entrance hatch into the interior of the station building is used and which is covered with a lid. The cover must be lifted off by hand. It shouldn't be too big because it would otherwise be too heavy. However, this means that the entrance hatch must also be kept relatively small. But this again is disadvantageous in several respects.
Taking tools and material with you when entering the hatch is difficult and can even be dangerous if the operator is hindered by the confinement when entering. The disadvantageous psychological effect on the operator in the case of long-term maintenance work inside the is even greater
Station building, as the relatively small opening in the cover plate gives the feeling of being enclosed.
In order to remove larger parts of the unit that do not fit through the hatch, the entire unit must be used
Cover plate are lifted, which makes the use of a crane necessary. When the cover is removed, the inside of the station in this previously known station is also not protected against the ingress of rain or snow, so that it is always necessary to set up a separate tent roof over the access hatch.
The invention is based on the object of the flat concrete roof at a station of the above-mentioned
To design the type in such a way that the aforementioned disadvantages cannot occur, d. H. that a comfortable entry into a relatively large access opening is possible, which can be opened by one person and still has the necessary stability and durability through which devices to be replaced can be transported without having to remove the entire roof, and at the same time a sufficient one
Provides weather protection for the operator and the inside of the station when parts of the roof are exposed during rain and
Snow must remain open during maintenance work in the station.
This object is achieved according to the invention in a station of the type described above in that the flat concrete roof has an access cover which extends essentially over the entire width of the station, is pivotably articulated on one of its two outer edges to a longitudinal wall of the station and is flush and sealing with the Concrete flat roof completes.
In this station according to the invention, the access cover has a size which meets all the requirements of the above-mentioned type. Nevertheless, it can easily be swiveled into its open position by an operator. Is it in a further development of the invention on its free outer edge with one in one of the
Long side walls of the station building provided fan element, so the entrance to the
The interior of the station is even more convenient, as it were at ground level.
In a further useful embodiment of the invention, it is proposed that the entry cover is connected to each of its two side edges with a weather protection tarpaulin, which forms a side panel for the entry opening in the station when the entry cover is open and which unfolds automatically when the entry cover is opened or closed or folds up. Such a weather protection tarpaulin attached to the two side edges of the entry cover also protects against the ingress of rain falling at an angle or
Snow.
The access cover expediently has an upper layer made of a weatherproof material, which is adjoined by a heat and sound insulating layer, in particular mineral wool, and has a perforated plate on its underside.
Further details and useful developments of the invention are given in the subclaims.
The invention is described and explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment shown in the drawings. 1 shows the perspective view of an electrical converter station according to the invention partially sunk into the ground, FIG. 2 shows the station according to FIG. 1 with the access cover open, FIG. 3 shows a section through a portion of the concrete flat roof, the access cover, the fan element and a Side wall of the station according to the invention according to FIG. 1 and FIG. 4 the top view of the station according to FIG. 1 with the flat concrete roof and access cover removed.
A side wall - 11 - and a front wall - 12 - of the electrical converter station selected as an exemplary embodiment can be seen in FIGS. 1 and 2. This and the two other non-visible walls of the station building are covered by two prefabricated panels - 13 and 14 - forming a flat concrete roof - and an access cover - 15. In the front wall - 12 - under the entry cover - 15 - a fan element - 16 - is embedded, which - as can be seen from FIG. 2 - is firmly connected to the entry cover.
The access cover --15 - is hinged to the station building at its rear outer edge --17 - so that it can be pivoted. The pivoting movement around the outer edge --17-- is supported by a counterbalance so that only a small amount of hand force is required to open the access cover --15-. The weight is compensated by a steel spring that is not visible in the drawings.
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
Of course, a gas spring, a pneumatic or hydraulic device or a counterweight is also ideal for this. The surface of the access cover - 15 - consists of a non-slip checker plate made of aluminum. Knob plates or checker plates made of steel or plastic or elements made of weatherproof structural steel or synthetic resin concrete are also suitable. It is important that the surface is not only weatherproof, but also maintenance-free.
When the access cover -15- is opened, a side panel in the form of weather protection tarpaulins is unfolded, which is attached on the one hand to the two side edges of the access cover and on the other hand to the inner edges of the prefabricated panels --13 and 14. The weather protection tarpaulins - 18 - offer protection against rain or snow falling from the side. Of course, they also protect against the penetration of sun rays, which would unnecessarily heat the inside of the station.
The access cover --15 - is made in one piece in the exemplary embodiment. This appears to be the most practical and cheapest form; but there is nothing to prevent the access cover - 15 - from being provided in the middle with a transverse folding hinge, so that its dimensions can be reduced to half the length when opening, if the space conditions require it. Even an accordion-shaped design of the access cover --15 - is possible. However, the sound and heat insulation and the seal against rainwater entering the interior of the station are then more difficult to control or at least involve greater effort.
From Fig. 3, the structure of the access cover --15 - emerges. As already mentioned, the top consists of an aluminum sheet. The underside consists of a perforated plate-21-. The space between the top and bottom is filled with mineral wool --22--, which provides thermal and sound insulation. Any condensation water that may appear can drip off through the holes in the perforated plate.
Between the prefabricated panels -13 and 14 - in Fig. 3 only the prefabricated panel --14-- is shown - and
EMI2.1
between the prefabricated panels -13 and 14- and the access cover -15- also sealed against the ingress of dust.
Fig. 3 also shows the under-roof ventilation --24-- selected for this type of station. The design of the station according to the invention makes it possible to provide this under-roof ventilation --24 - not only in the area of the prefabricated panels - 13 and 14 - but also in the area of the access cover - -15--, so that real all-round ventilation is achieved.
As can be seen from FIG. 4, one of the particular advantages of the design of the station according to the invention is that the dimensions of the prefabricated panels 13 and 14 and of the access cover 15 can be chosen so that the position and dimensions of the access cover correspond to the masses and arrangements of the units inside the station correspond. The transformer station contains a transformer --31--, a high or medium voltage section --32-- and a low voltage section - 33--. The space --34 - between these three

Station interior. The inside of the station can be accessed almost at ground level, as the fan element --16 - is also lifted when the access cover - 15 - is opened.
In the rear wall - 36 - of the station building there is a second fan element - 37-- opposite the fan element --16--.
The dimensions of the entry cover - 15 -, which of course can easily be completely removed by loosening its swivel hinges, are also chosen so that all sets of units - 31 to 33 - can easily be exchanged through the opening covered by the entry cover . By dividing the flat concrete roof covering the station building into the two prefabricated panels -13 and 14-and the access cover -15-any arrangement of the aggregate sets inside the station can be carried out without the need to redesign the covering access cover.
The flat concrete roof can also be divided into several prefabricated slabs, for example into three or more standardized slabs of the same dimensions, so that when setting up a station according to the invention one can proceed according to a grid dimension that corresponds to the width of a slab.
