Description

   <Desc/Clms Page number 1>

Ausserdem entstehen in diesen Resonanzshunts zusätzliche Verluste.

The invention relates to a transmission device for a network overlay ripple control system in which an audio frequency generator with overlay frequency is connected via a control amplifier to the input of a thyristor inverter, the output of which is led to the primary winding of a transformer with its secondary winding in one phase of a power network, Measures to suppress the effect of the mains current on the connection circuit of the transmitter are set.

Such a transmission device is described in the journal "Elektrizitätswirtschaft" 1971, Issue 9, pp. 237 to 241. In this known transmitting device, the output of the thyristor inverter is connected to the transformer via a resonance shunt consisting of chokes and capacitors. The resonance shunt is tuned to the frequency of the power network and short-circuits the network voltage transmitted by the transformer.

Because of their large dimensions, such resonance hunts cannot be combined with the actual transmission device to form a unit. In addition to a correspondingly large space requirement, the connection and installation of these resonance shunts requires a not inconsiderable installation effort.

In addition, additional losses occur in these resonance shunts.

The invention is based on the object of designing a transmission device in such a way that it can be coupled to the power network without a resonance shunt.

The object is achieved in a transmitting device of the type described above according to the invention in that a feedback loop from the output terminals of the inverter is led to the input of the control amplifier, the voltage from the audio frequency generator being the setpoint and the voltage present at the inverter output , the oppositely directed actual value of a control loop for the thyristor inverter designed for the generation of voltages with superimposition frequency as well as with the mains frequency are formed from the voltage generated by the inverter and the composite voltage retroactive from the network.

The subject matter of the invention is described in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment shown as a block diagram in the drawing.
 EMI1.1
Transformer for coupling the transmitter to a power network is connected. The primary winding of this transformer - W - is connected to a phase of the high-voltage network marked with - R -. The output of the thyristor inverter --4-- is also connected to the input of the control amplifier --3-- via a feedback resistor - S--.

The sending facility works as follows:
The frequency generator - l - supplies a voltage with audio frequency, e.g. B. 167 Hz. This voltage is
 EMI1.2
Control amplifier fed back. At the input of the control amplifier, the target / actual value comparison is carried out for the 167 Hz voltage (audio frequency voltage) by opposing evaluation of the setpoint and actual value. A signal appears at the output of the control amplifier --3-- which corresponds to the difference between the setpoint and actual value. This signal from the control amplifier --3-- controls the thyristor inverter - 4-- via the control rate assigned to it in such a way that the difference between the setpoint and actual value is as zero as possible.

At the output of the thyristor inverter, there is thus an audio frequency voltage which corresponds to the setpoint given by the frequency generator.
 EMI1.3
outputs, the setpoint for a 50 Hz voltage is therefore zero. The output signal of the control amplifier --3-- now controls the thyristor inverter - 4 - via its control unit so that the 50 Hz voltage at the output of the thyristor inverter - 4 - becomes zero.

At the output of the thyristor inverter - 4 - only one voltage can thus occur, the frequency of which is equal to the frequency of the setpoint voltage output by the frequency generator. For voltages with a different frequency, the setpoint is always zero. If such a voltage occurs at the output of the thyristor inverter - 4 -, it is controlled via the control amplifier --3-- in such a way that these voltages become zero.

In the case of the ripple control transmission device described, no resonance shunt is required, the task of which is merely to short-circuit the mains voltage.

The transmission device according to the invention can be produced as a ready-to-connect unit by eliminating the resonance shunt. This significantly reduces the assembly effort at the installation site. Due to the omission of the resonance shunt, the transmitting device also has lower electrical losses. In addition, the output voltage of the transmitting device is constant and independent of the network impedance.
