Mikrotelephon ohne Schalltrichter.
EMI1.1
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
It is known to design micro telephones with a microphone and a telephone provided in one and the same housing in such a way that the sound waves penetrate into the microphone through a circle of lateral openings. In such a device, the openings are always completely free, taking into account the need to allow the sound waves, which have already been significantly weakened by the scattering, as completely as possible into the microphone; however, this arrangement does not serve a hygienic purpose,
The invention described above can also be used at low cost on the microtelephones of the usual type that are already in use by replacing the microphone housing cover which is now in use and provided with a horn with a cover according to this invention.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Microtelephones, in which the telephone and the microphone are each attached to one end of a handle and the microphone is provided with a tight-fitting cover with lateral openings for the entry of the sound waves, characterized in that said openings are provided by a flange provided on the cover are covered, so that the sound waves by reflection on the outer wall of the microphone housing reach the interior of the latter and any risk of infection is prevented.
