The invention relates to a standing console for a heating radiator, in which a guide part attached to a support column so that it can be adjusted in height has a horizontal guide to which a support arm is adjustably attached.
Such a standing console is known from German Auslegeschrift 1815820, for example. The support arm is designed as a slider in this stand bracket, which is horizontally adjustable in a horizontal guide profile of the height-adjustable guide part. To accommodate the radiator, the slider has a locking bearing in the form of a recess into which the radiator is inserted from above. The well-known standing console is less suitable for holding radiators made up of ribbed members. The hubs that connect the individual members of such radiators can have a relatively large diameter so that they are not reliably protected against lateral displacement in the locking bearing.
The locking bearing would have to be relatively wide, which would increase the size of the guide part and thus make the entire console more expensive.
The invention is based on the object of creating a standing console which can be adapted to various heating radiators and which is particularly suitable for heating radiators made up of ribbed members.
This object is achieved according to the invention with a stand bracket of the type described at the outset in that the support arm forms a support surface for a radiator hub that is gradually steeper upward from the guide and is adjustable along the guide so that the radiator hub facing away from the support column Side rests on the support arm and also rests on the support column itself.
Because the radiator hub rests on the support column itself in the stand console according to the invention, the radiator hub only needs to be supported by the support arm itself on its side facing away from the support column. As a result, the support arm can be made much smaller than known embodiments; nevertheless, a safe reception of the heating radiator against lateral displacement is guaranteed. The laterally displaceable arrangement of the support arm provided in the guide, for example by means of an elongated hole and a screw bolt, together with the upwardly curved configuration of the support arm, enables the standing console to be adapted to heating radiators with hubs of different diameters.
The upright console according to the invention is also very simple in its construction and therefore economical to manufacture.
The invention is explained below with the aid of the schematic representation of an exemplary embodiment with advantageous details.

forms. The support arm --4-- can be adjusted in such a way that the side of the radiator hub facing away from the support column-l-- rests on the support arm --4-- and also rests laterally on the support column-l - itself.
The stand bracket can also have a window sill bracket, which consists of a height-adjustable sleeve - 10 - placed on top of the support column - l-mounted on this sleeve - 11 and 12 - in an elongated hole - 13 - There is a guided, horizontally adjustable shelf --14--.
