Die Erfindung ist eine Neuerung an Auswerfern für die beim Rauchen in der Spitze verbleibenden Zigarren- und Zigarettenreste in der Weise, dass der aus federndem Material hergestellte Auswerfer infolge Klemmwirkung auf der Zigarrenspitzenwandung sich festhält und das andere als Handhabe benutzbare, freie Ende als Auflage ausgebildet ist, um ein Hinstellen der brennenden Zigarre auf Tische u. dgl. zu ermöglichen.
Fig. 1 zeigt vergrössert eine schaubildliche Ansicht des Auswerfers, während Fig. 2, dessen Anbringung an einer Zigarrenspitze zeigt.
Der Auswerfer wird vorteilhaft aus vernickeltem Stahldraht gefertigt, doch kann zur Herstellung auch anderes Metall verwendet werden. Der Draht a, a' ist gabelförmig gebogen, so dass die gleichlaufenden Gabelschenkel einen Spalt b, etwa von der Stärke einer Zigarrenspitzenwand freilassen. Die beiden Schenkel a, al federn gegeneinander, so dass sie, auf die Zigarrenspitzenwand i aufgeschoben, durch Klemmwirkung festgehalten werden.
Der in die Zigarrenspitze i einzuführende Gabelschenkel a ist etwas länger gehalten und sein Ende c, welches sich vor die einzuführende Zigarre h legt, rechtwinklig umgobogen. In passender Entfernung vor der Kröpfung e der Drähte a, a'ist das freie Ende des Drahtes d rechtwinklig umgebogen und zu einem gleichschenkligen Dreieck f ausgebildet. Die Grundkathete 9 dieses Dreieckes ist vorteilhaft geschweift.
Bevor man eine Zigarre oder Zigarette in die Spitze führt, schiebt man den Ausworfer auf die Wandung i derart, dass Schenkel a mit seiner Umbiegung c in das Spitzeninnere, Kröpfung e vor den Zigarrenspitzenrand, zu liegen kommt. Das Drahtdreieckf dient beim Auswerfen den Fingern als bequeme Handhabe, wobei die Finger nicht-mit dem glühenden Zigarrenstummel in Berührung kommen, da das Dreieck f von der Zigarrenspitzenwand etwas entfernt angeordnet ist.
Legt man die Zigarre oder Zigarette auf einen Tisch oder eine Platte k, so dient das Drahtdreieck f als Fuss, so dass die Zigarre oder Zigarette sich schräg stellt und die Auflageflächo, Tischdecken oder dgl. nicht berührt. Hiebei ist es von Vorteil, wenn die Grundkathete g geschweift ist, so dass Spitze und Auswerfer nur in drei Punkten die Platte berühren, wodurch eine sichere Auflage erzielt wird.
