The invention relates to a clamping dowel with a holder for carrying objects, in particular heating radiators, consisting of a screw bolt and the one surrounding it
Clamping element and the expanding part engaging in the clamping element and resting on the screw bolt, the ends of these two parts extending towards the center of the clamping dowel engaging in a wedge shape and the
Clamping element is expanded by turning the screw bolt.
The purpose of the invention is to create a tensioning dowel with a holder that has only a few parts and is particularly simple in design and can withstand all stresses and is also economical
Manufacturing enables.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that the clamping element has at the front of its head part a bearing point formed internally by pressing in the clamping element, in which the screw bolt is supported and is supported in front of this bearing point with its screw bolt head and furthermore that the one carrying the clamping element and on the The screw bolt has a tubular extension on its wedge-shaped bevels for guiding the clamping element by means of the elastic screw bolt guide rotatably mounted via a recess, in particular an expansion part made of plastic, and that the extension has an arched guide surface extending from the outer edge in the direction of the threaded bore of the expansion part , which allows easier insertion of the screw bolt into the expansion part when assembling the clamping dowel.
The slots on both sides of the clamping element end in a recess through which a resilient effect is achieved in the clamping element.
The screw bolt bearing point formed by pressing in on the head part of the tensioning element has a trough on the outside which can be used as a holder for receiving an object or a heating radiator.
In addition, holes are provided on the tensioning element above in the direction of the existing recess, into which special holders can be inserted or screwed as required. An elastic screw bolt guide is formed via a recess made on the rear side of the expansion part, through which the tensile forces transferred to the expansion part when the clamping dowel is clamped and the material shrinkage that occurs in the process remain without major influence.
The tensioning dowel with bracket designed according to the invention is not only simple and therefore inexpensive to manufacture due to this design, but also enables the fact that there are no holding parts protruding beyond the diameter of the sleeve-shaped tensioning element, during assembly the heating radiator can be conveniently placed and moved onto the tensioning dowels inserted into the structure.
The expansion part, in particular made of plastic, is insensitive due to its design and, above all, facilitates the assembly of the tensioning dowel.
The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment shown in the drawings. The drawings show in Fig. 1 the clamping dowel with holder in plan view and partly in section, Fig. 2 the expansion part in plan view, Fig. 3 the clamping dowel with holder in side view and Fig. 4 the expansion part in side view.

--5-- have a recess on the outside --14-- can be used as a holder. For this, the recess --12-- can be omitted and the distance between the clamping element --5-- at the front and the trough - can be smaller. Depending on the requirements, special brackets can be inserted or screwed into the additional holes -15-made above the clamping element --5 - near the trough - 14 -.
The expansion part --4--, which is in particular made of plastic, has a tubular extension -22- on its wedge-shaped bevels -20 and 21- to guide the clamping element -5-. Inside the expansion part --4-- is the surface that runs from the outer edge to the threaded hole --23--

When the screw bolt-l-is turned, the expansion part --4-- moves into the sleeve-shaped tensioning element --5-- which is beveled inwards and is slotted on both sides, and presses the ends of the tensioning element --5-- outwards. When the screw bolt-l-is turned back, the ends of the tensioning element --5-- return to their original shape due to the resilient state. This means that the clamping dowels can be easily moved if necessary. Due to this nature, already inserted and tensioned dowels can be easily relaxed after loosening and they can be removed without damage and reused at another point in the structure.
