Druckwalzenanordnung für Kopiermaschinen.
Die Erfindung betrifft Kopiermaschinen der gebräuchlichen Art, bei denen eine exzentrisch gelagerte Druckwalzo während des Kopierens das Kopierpapier und den betreffenden Bogen gegen die IIartgummiwalzo anzuprossen hat. Die Erfindung macht von der an sich bekannten Anordnung mehrerer Druckstellen in der Weise Gebrauch, dass die eine bewegliche Druckwalze durch zwei oder mehrere solche, zu gemeinsamer Bewegung vereinigte Walzen ersetzt ist. Hiedurch wird erzielt, dass nur für den eigentlichen Arbeitsvorgang des Kopierens statt des einfachen ein zwei-oder mehrfacher Druck auf das Kopierpapier und den zu ltopierenden Bogen ausgeübt wird.
Auf der Zeichnung ist eine zur Ausführung der neuen Vorrichtung geeignete Anordnung beispielsweise dargestellt.
Die bekannte durch Exzenter wirkende Anpressvorrichtung wirkt von der Exzenterwelle a aus auf das den beiden Druckwalzen c', c gemeinsame Lager, das in einem Schlitz des Gestelles gegen die Wirkung einer Feder d in bekannter Weise verschiebbar ist. Die beiden Druckwalzen c', exil berühren einander nahezu, so dass das Papier nicht in der Lage ist, zwischen den beiden Druckwalzen herauszutreten.
Es kann für das Druckwalzcnpaar jede zweckdienliche Anpressvorrichtung gewählt werden, wobei es nicht unbedingt erforderlich ist, beiden Druckwalzen ein gemeinsames Lager zu geben. Es kommt nur darauf an, dass die Anpressung der Druckwatzcn gllficl)- zeitig und, falls es die Aufgabe erfordert, in gleichem Masse geschieht.

The invention relates to copying machines of the usual type, in which an eccentrically mounted printing roller has to press the copy paper and the sheet in question against the type rubber roller during copying. The invention makes use of the per se known arrangement of a plurality of printing points in such a way that the one movable printing roller is replaced by two or more such rollers which are combined to move together. This means that two or more pressures are exerted on the copy paper and the sheet to be doped only for the actual copying operation instead of the simple one.
The drawing shows an arrangement suitable for implementing the new device, for example.
The known pressing device acting by eccentric acts from the eccentric shaft a on the bearing common to the two pressure rollers c ', c, which can be displaced in a known manner in a slot in the frame against the action of a spring d. The two pressure rollers c ', exile almost touch each other so that the paper is not able to emerge between the two pressure rollers.
Any suitable pressing device can be selected for the pair of pressure rollers, whereby it is not absolutely necessary to give both pressure rollers a common bearing.
