  Vorrichtung zum stumpfen Zusammenschweissen von
Betonfugenbändern 
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum stumpfen Zusammenschweissen von
Betonfugenbändern, bestehend aus zwei auf einer Grundplatte relativ zueinander verschiebbar gelagerten
Klemmplattenpaaren zum Einspannen der zu verschweissenden Bandenden. 



   Eine derartige Vorrichtung ist   z. B.   aus der USA-Patentschrift Nr. 2, 389, 560 bekannt und wird zum stumpfen Aneinanderschliessen von thermoplastischen Bändern verwendet. Für ein Zusammenschweissen der Bänder unter einem Winkel ist diese Vorrichtung jedoch nicht geeignet. 



   Die Erfindung hat sich die Aufgabe gestellt, eine Vorrichtung zu schaffen, welche ein exaktes Zuschneiden und Zusammenschweissen von Betonfugenbändern unter einem gegebenen Winkel gestattet. 



  Da die Betonfugenbänder oft ein sehr kompliziertes Profil aufweisen, ist beim winkeligen Verbinden besonders darauf zu achten, dass die Schweisslinien an beiden Stossrändern den gleichen Profilverlauf zeigen. Eine solche gehrungsgerechte Verbindung wird erfindungsgemäss dadurch erreicht, dass zum profilgerechten Verbinden der beiden Bänder unter einem spitzen bis stumpfen Winkel mittels einer winkelförmig verlaufenden Schweissnaht die oberen Klemmplatten der Klemmplattenpaare mit einem winkelförmig verlaufenden, abnehmbaren Schneidlineal versehen sind, deren Schneidkanten oberhalb der Gehrungslinien der herzustellenden Verbindung verlaufen. 



   Zum vereinfachten Einlegen der Fugenbänder in die Vorrichtung und zum Erreichen einwandfreier Schnittflächen sind die oberen Klemmplatten an den Seitenkanten mit vertikalen Schlitzen versehen, in welchen Augenschrauben geführt sind, die an Führungsstangen der unteren Klemmplatten gelagert sind, welche Spannschrauben die oberen Klemmplatten gegen die unteren Klemmplatten drücken und dabei die dazwischen befindlichen Fugenbänder längs der Schneidekanten festspannen. 



   In den Zeichnungen ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung dargestellt, an Hand dessen noch weitere Vorteile aufgezeigt werden.   Fig. 1   ist ein Längsschnitt durch die Vorrichtung längs der Linie   1-1   der Fig. 2 und Fig. 2 zeigt die Vorrichtung in Draufsicht. 



   Das feste   Klemmplattenpaar --I, 2-- ist   mit auswechselbaren   Einsätzen-3, 4-versehen,   welche mittels Schrauben lösbar auf der oberen bzw. unteren Klemmplatte befestigt sind. Die Einsätze --3, 4--sind mit dem negativen Profil der Fugenbänder versehen. Mit der unteren Klemmplatte - sind ferner zwei parallele   Führungsstangen-5-verbunden,   die mit Schraubbolzen --6-od. dgl. an der   platte --2-- befestigt   sind.

 Längsbohrungen, welche mit Metallhülsen ausgekleidet sind. Die beiden Klemmplatten--7, 8--sind ebenfalls mit dem negativen Profil der Fugenbänder versehen, wobei die Achsrichtung dieser Profile in beiden Plattenpaaren den vorbestimmten Winkel der Verbindung einschliessen. 



   Zum gehrungsgerechten Zuschneiden der Fugenbänder weisen die beiden oberen Platten   - 1, 7--Schneidkanten--9, 10-auf,   welche dem Verlauf der Gehrungslinien entsprechen. Auf die oberen Klemmplatten sind   Schneidlineale-11-abnehmbar aufgesetzt.

   Die Gehrungslinien der im Winkel liegenden Fugenbänder müssen derart verlaufen, dass die Profile in der Schnittebene der beiden Bänder einander deckungsgleich sind. 



   Zum Zusammenspannen der oberen und der unteren Klemmplatten sind auf den Führungsstangen   --5-- Augenschrauben-12-in   vertikalen   Schlitzen --13-- der platten   gelagert, so dass zum Abnehmen der oberen   platten --1, 7-- nach   Lösen der   Flügelmuttern --14-- die   Schrauben   --12-- aus   den Schlitzen--13--herausgeklappt werden können. 



   Die freien Enden der Führungsstangen --5-- sind mit   Splintlöchern--15--versehen,   die zum Fixieren eines   Widerlagers --16-- für   einen   Andrückhebel--17--mittels Splinten--18--   dienen. Auf dem   Widerlager --16- sind   zwei Vorreiber--19--angebracht, die dazu dienen, das bewegliche Klemmplattenpaar bei fixiertem Widerlager gegen das feste Klemmplattenpaar zu halten. 



   Zwei   Zugfedern --20-- ziehen   das Widerlager gegen das bewegliche Klemmplattenpaar. Der   Andrückhebel--17--ist   mit einem Kurvenstück --21-- ausgestattet, das zum Anpressen an die untere   Platte--8--dient.   Hiezu ist auf dieser eine Schutzleiste--22--angebracht. 



   Die Funktion der   erfindungsgemässen   Vorrichtung ist folgende :
Zum Verbinden zweier Betonfugenbänder unter einem Winkel werden zunächst die beiden Bänder auf die unteren Platten--2, 8--aufgelegt. Dann werden die oberen   Platten--l, 7--darübergelegt,   die Augenschrauben--12--aufgeklappt und die   Flügelmuttern--14--festgezogen.   Das bewegliche Klemmplattenpaar--7, 8--befindet sich so weit vom festen   Klemmplattenpaar --1, 2-- entfernt,   dass das Zuschneiden der vorstehenden Kanten der Fugenbänder unbehindert erfolgen kann. Mit einem Spezialmesser werden nun die Fugenbänder längs der Schneidlineale--11--zugeschnitten.

   Beim Verschieben des beweglichen Klemmplattenpaares wird durch die Zugfedern--20--das Widerlager--16-mitgenommen, welches nun durch die   Splinten--18--auf   den Führungsstangen --5-- fixiert wird. Mittels vorgewärmter Schweissmesser oder Heizspiegel werden die vorstehenden Schnittränder der Fugenbänder erweicht und in diesem Zustand durch Betätigen des Andrückhebels--17-gegeneinandergepresst. Nun werden die   Vorreiber--19--an   die   Klemmplatte--7--angedrückt,   welche den Druck zwischen den Schnitträndem auch nach Loslassen des Andrückhebels aufrechterhalten. 



   Nach Erkalten der Schweissstellen erfolgt das Ausspannen der, etwa zu einem T-Stück, verbundenen Fugenbänder durch Lösen der Flügelmuttern, Abklappen der Spannschrauben und Abnehmen der oberen Klemmplatten. 



   Wenn ein Fugenbandkreuz hergestellt werden soll, wird ein bereits hergestelltes T-Stück im beweglichen Klemmplattenpaar eingespannt, wobei der angeschweisste Flügel auf der Seite des Andrückhebels zu liegen kommt. Hiezu sind in den Klemmplatten die nötigen Ausnehmungen in dem negativen Profil vorgesehen. 



   In den Zeichnungen ist die Verbindung eines T-Stückes unter rechtem Winkel dargestellt. Es ist selbstverständlich möglich, unter Verwendung entsprechend gestalteter Klemmplattenpaare auch jeden andern spitzen bis stumpfen Winkel für den   Zusammenschluss   von Betonfugenbändern herzustellen.

   The invention has the task of creating a device which allows precise cutting and welding together of concrete waterstops at a given angle.



  Since the concrete waterstops often have a very complicated profile, when connecting at an angle, particular care must be taken that the welding lines on both joint edges show the same profile. Such a miter-compatible connection is achieved according to the invention by providing the upper clamping plates of the clamping plate pairs with an angularly extending, removable cutting ruler, the cutting edges of which are above the miter lines of the connection to be made, to connect the two strips at an acute to obtuse angle by means of an angular weld seam run away.



   To make it easier to insert the waterstops into the device and to achieve perfect cut surfaces, the upper clamping plates are provided with vertical slots on the side edges, in which eyebolts are guided, which are mounted on guide rods of the lower clamping plates, which clamping screws press the upper clamping plates against the lower clamping plates while tightening the joint tape along the cutting edges.

   The fixed pair of clamping plates - I, 2-- is provided with exchangeable inserts-3, 4 -which are detachably fastened to the upper or lower clamping plate by means of screws.    The function of the device according to the invention is as follows:
To connect two concrete waterstops at an angle, the two bands are first placed on the lower panels - 2, 8.    When the movable pair of clamping plates is moved, the tension springs - 20 - take along the abutment - 16 - which is now fixed by the split pins - 18 - on the guide rods --5--. The protruding cut edges of the joint tapes are softened by means of preheated welding knives or heating mirrors and, in this state, pressed against one another by actuating the pressure lever 17. Now the fastener - 19 - are pressed against the clamping plate - 7 - which maintain the pressure between the cut edges even after releasing the pressure lever.



   After the welding points have cooled down, the joint tapes, which are connected to a T-piece, for example, are released by loosening the wing nuts, folding down the clamping screws and removing the upper clamping plates.



   If a joint tape cross is to be made, an already made T-piece is clamped in the movable clamping plate pair, whereby the welded wing comes to rest on the side of the pressure lever. For this purpose, the necessary recesses are provided in the negative profile in the clamping plates.



   In the drawings, the connection of a T-piece is shown at right angles. It is of course possible, using appropriately designed pairs of clamping plates, to produce any other acute to obtuse angle for the connection of concrete waterstops.
