  Schutzvorrichtung gegen das Undichtwerden der Rauch-oder Heizrohre an Röhrenkessein aller Art. 



   Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schutzvorrichtung für   Dampfkesselheizröhren,   durch welche das Undichtwerden der Befestigungsstelle der Heizrohre in der der Flamme zugewendeten Kesselwand möglichst verhütet werden soll und undicht gewordene   Befestigugnsstellen@ehne   Anwendung   der Rohrwalze   wieder gedichtet worden sollen. Bei der neuen Schutzvorrichtung ist in die Röhren an der Dichtungsstelle zwischen   Rohr-und Kesselwand   eine Buchse mit die   Dichtungsstelle   aussen umgebender Erweiterung   eingeschoben, welcho   mit feuerfestem Mörtel ausgefüllt ist, der die   DichtungssteDe   gegen die   Einwirkung   der Flamme abschliesst. 



   Fig. 1 stellt einen   Lokomotivkessol dar,   dessen   Heizrohren   mit der neuen Schutzvorrichtung versehen sind, in Fig. 2 und 3 ist die Vorrichtung selbst im Schnitte und in Ansicht dargestellt.

   The invention relates to a protective device for steam boiler heating pipes, by means of which the leakage of the fastening point of the heating pipes in the boiler wall facing the flame is to be prevented as possible and fastening points which have become leaky are to be sealed again without using the pipe roller. In the new protective device, a socket with an extension surrounding the sealing point on the outside is inserted into the tubes at the sealing point between the tube and boiler wall, which is filled with fire-proof mortar that closes the sealing point against the action of the flame.



   Fig. 1 shows a Lokomotivkessol, the heating pipes are provided with the new protection device, in Fig. 2 and 3 the device itself is shown in section and in view.

Claims

The heating tubes b are closed off from the flame by the protective device in the fire box a of the boiler c. The smoke chamber is designated by d. The sleeve of the protective device inserted into the end of the pipe has an extension /, which is filled with refractory mortar and thus covers the sealing point between the pipe and the boiler wall. In order not to lose the pipe cross-section, the pipe end can be provided with a corresponding widening, as shown in FIG. PATENT.
