Gepolstertes Sitzmöbel
Die Erfindung betrifft ein gepolstertes Sitzmöbel mit einem Sitzteil, einer Rückenlehne sowie einer mit der Rückenlehne klappbar verbundenen Kopfstütze, die in der Gebrauchsstellung auf der
Oberseite der Rückenlehne ruht, während sie in Nichtgebrauchsstellung zur Vorderseite der
Rückenlehne herabklappbar ist.
Sitzmöbel mit Kopfstützen sind bekannt. Bei einer bekannten Ausführungsform ist die Kopfstütze an die Rückenlehne mit besonderen Haltemitteln anlegbar und wieder abnehmbar. Zur Halterung sind federnde Bänder oder Haltebügel vorgesehen, die auf die Rückenlehnenoberkante aufsteckbar oder in dieser befestigbar sind. Diese mechanischen Haltemittel beeinträchtigen das äussere Erscheinungsbild dieser Polstermöbel in starker Weise und sind ausserdem umständlich zu bedienen, da man in der Regel Schrauben oder andere Befestigungsmittel betätigen muss.
Es ist ferner, insbesondere bei Sitzmöbeln in Kraftfahrzeugen, bekannt, die Kopfstütze an dem oberen Rand der Rückenlehne mittels eines Scharniers klappbar vorzusehen, wobei diese in Nichtgebrauchsstellung in eine Vertiefung der Rückenlehne eingebracht wird und dort mit der Rückenlehne eine Fläche bildet.
Bei einer andern Ausführungsform ist die Kopfstütze an dem hinteren Rand der Rückenlehne nach hinten klappbar durch ein Scharnier angebracht und wird bei Nichtgebrauch nach hinten umgeschlagen, hingegen für den Gebrauch nach oben über den oberen Rand der Rückenlehne aufgestellt.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Sitzmöbel, insbesondere einen Polstersessel, mit einer Kopfstütze zu schaffen, mit dessen Hilfe es auf einfachste Weise möglich ist, die normale Sitzstellung in eine Ruhestellung umzuwandeln. Gleichzeitig ist Wert daraufgelegt, dass selbst bei modisch gestalteten Möbeln das äussere Erscheinungsbild durch die Kopfstütze nicht beeinträchtigt wird.
Das wesentliche Kennzeichen der Erfindung besteht darin, dass die Kopfstütze in Nichtgebrauchsstellung oberhalb eines zwischen dem Sitzteil und der Rückenlehne angeordneten Rückenpolsters an der Rückenlehne zur Anlage kommt und im wesentlichen die gleiche Breite und Tiefe wie der Rückenpolster aufweist. Hiedurch wird erreicht, dass die Kopfstütze auch in der Nichtgebrauchsstellung zur Polsterung der Rückenlehne verwendet wird, da sie dann zusammen mit dem Rückenpolster die gesamte Breite der Rückenlehne polsternd ausfüllt. In dieser Nichtgebrauchsstellung wirkt die Rückenlehne somit wie ein eingelegtes, behagliches Rückenkissen, während durch das Hochklappen eine bequeme Ruhelage erreicht wird.
Das als Kopfstütze ausgebildete Kissen übt somit in beiden Stellungen eine nützliche Funktion aus, so dass die Formulierung "Gebrauchsstellung" und "Nichtgebrauchsstellung" nur hinsichtlich der Wirkung dieses Kissens als Kopfstütze zu verstehen ist.
Gemäss einem weiteren Kennzeichen der Erfindung ist die Rückenlehne mit der Kopfstütze durch eine Naht oder einen Stegteil im Bezugsstoff verbunden.
Weitere Vorteile und Merkmale der Erfindung ergeben sich aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung im Zusammenhang mit den Zeichnungen, in denen ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Gegenstandes der Erfindung dargestellt ist. Es zeigt darin die Fig. l einen Polstersessel gemäss der Erfindung in schaubildlicher Darstellung, bei welchem die Kopfstütze in "Nichtgebrauchsstellung" dargestellt ist und

der Sessel als normales Sitzmöbel wirkt, während die Fig. 2 den gleichen Polstersessel zeigt, bei welchem die Kopfstütze in "Gebrauchsstellung" dargestellt ist.
Der Sessel gemäss der Erfindung weist wie üblich einen Sitzteil--11--mit seitlichen Armpolstern --12 und 13-sowie eine Rückenlehne --14-- auf. Im Bereich zwischen der Rückenlehne und dem Sitzteil ist ein Rückenpolster --15-- angeordnet, der etwa die halbe Höhe der Rückenlehne abpolstert.

In beiden Stellungen übt die Kopfstütze-16-eine nützliche Funktion aus und passt sich harmonisch in das Gesamterscheinungsbild des Sessels ein, ohne das modische Aussehen zu beeinträchtigen. Die Verbindung der Kopfstütze mit der Rückenlehne ist sehr einfach, da sie nur über eine Naht--17-- im Bezugsstoff oder über einen Steg od. dgl. verbunden ist. Die beschriebene Ausbildung ist nicht nur bei Sesseln, sondern auch mit dem gleichen Vorteil beispielsweise bei Sofas anwendbar.

The essential feature of the invention is that the headrest comes to rest on the backrest in the non-use position above a back cushion arranged between the seat part and the backrest and has essentially the same width and depth as the back cushion. This means that the headrest is also used in the non-use position for upholstering the backrest, since it then fills the entire width of the backrest together with the back cushion. In this non-use position, the backrest acts like an inserted, comfortable back cushion, while a comfortable resting position is achieved by folding it up.
The pillow designed as a headrest thus has a useful function in both positions, so that the wording "position of use" and "position of non-use" is to be understood only with regard to the effect of this pillow as a headrest.
