Magnetischer Spannungskonstanthalter
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

Magnetic voltage stabilizer
The parent patent relates to a magnetic voltage stabilizer using a transformer with a secondary winding connected to a capacitor to form a resonance circuit and a leakage flux path of increased magnetic resistance arranged between the primary winding and the secondary winding in such a way that part of the magnetic flux can pass through one of the windings to the exclusion of the other The transformer core is made up of sheet metal lamellas with a preferred magnetic direction and the leakage flux path is formed by a cut strip core part which is separated from the main core and also penetrated by the magnetic flux in the preferred magnetic direction, which is attached to the main core at the side, spanning at least one transformer winding,
and at least one air gap being provided in a manner known per se in order to achieve the increased magnetic leakage resistance.
Magnetic voltage stabilizers with a transformer with a secondary winding connected to a capacitor to form a resonance circuit and a leakage flux path arranged between the primary winding and the secondary winding in such a way that a part of the magnetic flux can pass through one of the windings to the exclusion of the other are known per se.
With them, the core of the transformer is made up of stacked sheet-metal lamellas with no preferred magnetic direction. In one embodiment of this known voltage stabilizer, the transformer contains a rectangular main core and a U-shaped scattering yoke which is attached laterally to one leg of the main core. In another embodiment, the transformer also contains an essentially rectangular main core, on one leg of which, however, two projecting arms are molded, to which a straight scattering yoke can be attached.
Rolled sheets with a preferred magnetic direction have already been used many times to build magnetic cores. Although magnetic cores of this type offer advantages, metal sheets of this type have not yet been used for voltage stabilizers. The reason for this is that voltage stabilizers of the type mentioned can practically not be calculated and that a construction of the transformer core in the usual manner is not possible, because then the sheet metal lamellas would have to be penetrated by magnetic flux transversely to the preferred direction.
When using sheets with a preferred magnetic direction, so-called winding cores are generally used, which are strongly rounded in the area of the corners, so that a scattering yoke with a defined air gap cannot easily be attached to a side leg of the main core, at least not if the winding space of the transformer core is fully utilized.
The parent patent No. 268435 already shows a way in which the magnetic core of a voltage stabilizer can be constructed from lamellae with a preferred magnetic direction. The invention is a further development of the subject matter of this patent. It is based on the task
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
To create a magnetic voltage stabilizer of the type specified in patent no. 268435, the transformer core of which can be produced from lamellae with a preferred magnetic direction in a simple manner, whereby the magnetic yoke can be attached without being hindered by the winding with a precisely defined air gap.
With a magnetic voltage stabilizer according to the parent patent, this is achieved in that the transformer core comprises a straight core part that carries the primary winding, on which a U-shaped core part that carries the secondary winding on one side and a U on the opposite side, forming air gaps -shaped core part forming the leakage flux path are attached.
Such a core can easily be constructed from lamellae with a preferred magnetic direction without the need to leave winding space free because of the added scattering choke.
In the case of the magnetic voltage stabilizer according to the invention, the secondary winding of the transformer can consist of two winding parts, with each U-leg carrying a winding part. The core part carrying the secondary winding can be composed of two L-shaped core parts.
The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to the drawings of some exemplary embodiments. The drawings show: FIG. 1 a leakage field transformer with a secondary winding, FIG. 2 a leakage field transformer with secondary winding parts arranged separately from one another, and FIG. 3 a leakage field transformer in which the core part carrying the secondary winding is composed of two parts.
