Elektrischer Schalter mit Reibkontaktgabe
EMI1.1
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

Electrical switch with frictional contact
EMI1.1
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
is not possible and in any case a staggered behavior would occur during the switching process.
The invention is based on the object of creating a frictional contact that eliminates these disadvantages without increased effort.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that the tappet has cam pieces known per se at its ends and a guide pin fixedly connected to the housing engages in each of these, the cam pieces and guide pins being interchangeable with one another.
It is advantageous if the curve pieces including the guide pin are arranged approximately in the center of the plunger or housing.
The particular advantage of the design according to the invention is that a friction movement is achieved regardless of the number of contact points. All other friction arrangements do not have this essential feature and each contact piece is moved on a cam track assigned to it.
In order to keep the wear in the cam tracks low and to avoid jamming even after a large number of switching cycles, special measures were always required, such as rounded guide webs, additionally arranged rollers and the like. a., required.
Due to the structural design, it is possible, in spite of the frictional contact arrangement, to manufacture the plunger as an independent structural unit and to arrange it in the housing without any particular effort. This is not possible with all other frictional contact arrangements.
The invention will be explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment. In the drawings, Fig. 1 shows the switch in the front view with double guidance of the plunger and FIG. 2 shows a side view according to FIG are shown in the ram.
EMI2.1
Fixed contact pieces-2-and-fixed attachments are to be provided which engage in corresponding recesses on the housing-l- or plunger --4--. This is not shown in detail in the drawings.
The structural design according to the invention is technologically easy to master, allows the movable contact pieces to be exchanged independently of the others, and reliably avoids increased wear and the edges of contact pieces.
