Claims (1)
- B.PATENTANSPRÜCHE : 1. Auf einem transparenten Trägerkörper vorzugsweise durch Verdampfung im Vakuum EMI2.1 Trägerkörper und der die Markierung bildenden Titanschicht und bzw. oder auf der dem Trägerkörper abgewendeten Seite der Titanschicht eine aus einem Titanoxyd bestehende Vergiitungsschicht durch Verdampfen im Vakuum niedergeschlagen ist.
