<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
<Desc/Clms Page number 3>
Folie hindurch tangential angreifen, leicht abgestreift.
<Desc/Clms Page number 4>
verankerbaren Zapfen besitzt.
<Desc/Clms Page number 5>
<Desc/Clms Page number 6>
<Desc/Clms Page number 7>

<Desc/Clms Page number 9>
4 vorgesehenen,
<Desc/Clms Page number 10>
<Desc/Clms Page number 11>

Title: Multi-part boundary wall, especially for cold frames, and cold frame Field of the Invention:
The invention relates generally to multi-part boundary walls, which consist of elongated, partially anchored in the ground and preferably hollow components and are used for any bed boundaries, terrace systems, low dividing walls, cold frames, membrane tunnels and the like.
More particularly, the invention relates to boundary walls composed of hollow plastic components for cold frames, film tunnels and the like, and to the cold frames, film tunnels and the like having these boundary walls.
State of the art :
Elongated multi-purpose elements made of plastic are known, which are designed as hollow components and each carry on their two end faces a connecting element of a two-part plug connection, with which components lined up in the longitudinal direction can be connected to one another on their adjacent end faces. Each plug connection consists of a cylindrical connecting sleeve which extends from the underside of the one component on the end face of the one component, and a cylindrical connecting pin which can be inserted into the connecting sleeve from above and which extends from the closed bottom of an upper sleeve on the front side of the other component protrudes below, which extends from the upper end of the connecting pin to the top of the component.
Each component has a connecting sleeve on one end and a connecting pin on the other end. The connecting pins are longer
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
designed as the connecting sleeves and protrude downwards over the underside of the component carrying the connecting sleeve (EP 716 803 AI).
To produce a boundary wall, the components are lined up in the longitudinal direction and the connecting pin of one component is inserted into the connecting sleeve of the adjacent component from above.
In the case of the row of components of the boundary wall placed on the floor, the end pieces of the connecting pins projecting downward over the connecting sleeves protrude into the floor.
These components can be arranged one above the other in order to produce a higher boundary wall, the plug connections being arranged vertically one above the other and the end piece of the connecting pin protruding downward in the upper plug connection via the connecting sleeve into the upper one arranged above the connecting pin in the lower plug connection Sleeve protrudes.
In one embodiment of these components used in practice, the connecting pins are shorter than the connecting sleeves and each have a removable or attachable pin end piece.
For the production of a cold frame, it is known to produce the boundary walls of the border of the bed from these elongated structural elements and to attach a tunnel-shaped bed cover to the top of the boundary walls. To produce the bed cover, flexible plastic pipes of circular cross-section are first curved in an arc and then inserted with their lateral end sections on the opposite boundary walls in mutually opposite upper sleeves of the components. A cover sheet is placed over this arched support frame and clamped onto the round plastic tubes from the outside with clips. This tunnel-shaped bed cover is not very stable.
In the event of wind, the clips that are attached to the arched support frame formed by the round plastic tubes are only
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
Grip the film tangentially, slightly stripped. The round plastic pipes must have great flexibility in order to be curved in an arc. They are therefore too unstable to reliably support the film against precipitation such as rain or snow. Since the arches are connected to each other only by the film clamped on them, rain or snow press the film between the arches very quickly. At the top of the indented areas of the film, puddles form between the round arches, in which rain or snow collects and which, due to their constantly increasing weight, cause the tunnel-shaped bed cover to collapse.
The inadequate anchoring of the arches in the upper sleeves of the components and the inadequate anchoring of the components in the ground also contribute to the instability of the tunnel-shaped bed cover.
Summary of the Invention:
The object of the invention is to eliminate the above disadvantages.
To achieve this object, a multi-part boundary wall, in particular for bed borders, cold frames and the like, is proposed, which consists of elongated, preferably anchored in places in the ground, preferably hollow components, which are strung together at least in the longitudinal direction of the boundary wall and connected to one another by end-to-end connecting elements are.
According to the invention, this boundary wall is characterized in that at least one anchor plug, which can be inserted into a lower holder on the underside of a component and anchored in the base, is provided for anchoring a row of components to its base in places, and has an attachment head which can be inserted into the lower holder and one of these protruding and in the respective document
<Desc / Clms Page number 4>
has anchored peg.
This design makes it possible to design the anchor plug in shape and material independently of the connecting pin of the components and to place it on the respective base.
According to a further feature of the invention, it can be provided that for anchoring two rows of components one above the other in places, at least two components lying one above the other, a lower holder for the fastening head of an anchor plug and a vertical receiving channel on the top of the lower component is provided, which is formed at its upper end as a receptacle for the pin of the anchor plug.
According to the invention, an upper holder for the fastening head of the anchor plug, which is let into the upper side of the component concerned, can be provided at the upper end of the vertical receiving channel and the anchor plug can be designed as a cover cap for the vertical receiving channel which can be lowered into the upper side of this component.
This training allows safe storage of the anchor plug in the component in question when not in use.
According to a further feature of the invention it can be provided that at least one downwardly open recess is provided on the fastening head of the anchor plug for receiving a projection of the upper holder and the projection determines a rest position of the anchor plug, in which it rests with its fastening head in the top of the Component is retractable, and that the anchor stopper, which is rotated relative to its rest position, is supported with its fastening head on the top of the component and protrudes above it.
<Desc / Clms Page number 5>
With this design, a simple twisting of the anchor plug in its receiving channel is sufficient to use it for anchoring the component of the next upper component row.
According to a further feature of the invention, it can be provided that the pin of the anchor plug and the vertical receiving channel receiving it each have a square cross section at the top of the component.
This training allows a non-rotatable fixation of the anchor plug in its rest position and in its working position.
According to the invention, a vertical receiving channel for the pin of an anchor plug can be provided in each case above an end connection element of a component.
According to the invention, an upper holder for the fastening head of an anchor plug can be provided at the upper end of the receiving channel provided for the pin of an anchor plug.
According to the invention, the end-side connecting element, which extends upward from the underside of the component, can each contain the lower holder provided for the fastening head of an anchor plug.
According to the invention, each component can have a vertical receiving channel arranged between its front-side connecting elements, the upper end of which contains an upper holder for receiving the fastening head of an anchor plug.
In a further embodiment of the invention, an elongate, preferably hollow component with end-side connecting elements for mutually connecting two adjacent
<Desc / Clms Page number 6>
mutually arranged components proposed, which is characterized in that for anchoring the component to a base there is provided an anchor plug which can be inserted with its fastening head into a lower holder of the component and which protrudes from the fastening head and can be anchored in the respective base via the underside of the Component protrudes downwards.
According to the invention, the anchor plug can be designed as a connecting element for two superimposed components, a vertical receiving channel for the pin of the anchor plug being provided on the top of the component.
In a further embodiment of the invention, cold frame with a border with two mutually parallel boundary walls, each composed of a plurality of elongated structural elements, and a bed cover with an arch-shaped supporting frame placed on the boundary walls, the lateral end sections of which are formed in the structural elements of the two boundary walls , vertical recording channels are used. According to the invention, this cold frame is characterized in that the arched support frames are designed as rigid metal and / or plastic profiles which are connected to one another above the center of the cold frame by rigid gable profiles and together with these form a rigid support structure for the bed cover.
This design provides a rigid support frame for the bed cover, in which the rigid arcuate support frames are rigidly connected to one another by the rigid gable profiles and form rigid plug connections with the components of the boundary walls.
According to a further feature of the invention, it can be provided that each arch-shaped support frame consists of two semi-arches, which at their upper, mutually adjacent ends
<Desc / Clms Page number 7>
one, rigidly connecting, rigid gable profile.
This training results in an easy to dismantle and easy to assemble, rigid support frame for the bed cover
According to a further feature of the invention, it can be provided that the arched support frames are designed as rigid metal and / or plastic profiles with an H cross-section, in the outer profile grooves of which a round cord for lashing a flexible bed cover stretched over the support frame is accommodated.
This design enables a stable plug-in connection between the frame profiles with an H cross section and the vertical receiving channels with a square cross section and simplifies the lashing of a flexible bed covering stretched over the supporting frame in the outer profile grooves specified by the H cross section of the frame profiles.
The invention is explained in more detail using an exemplary embodiment with reference to the drawings.

Description of exemplary embodiments:
To produce boundary walls, first elongated components 2 provided with a connecting sleeve 1 are provided on both end faces and second elongated components 4 provided with a connecting pin 3 on each end face. The front connectors
<Desc / Clms Page number 9>
Extension sleeves 1 each extend in the first components 2 from the bottom of the component 2 upwards. The end connection pins 3 are attached to the bottom of an upper sleeve 5 in the second components 4.
To produce a row of components, a bottom of the first component 2 is placed on the floor and a second component 4 is arranged in an extension of the first component 2 and inserted with its front connecting pin 3 from above into the front connecting sleeve 1 of the first component 2. To form a corner in the row of components, the second component 4 with its connecting pin 3 can also be inserted into the connecting sleeve 1 by 90 degrees.
Both components 2 and 4 are each provided in the middle with a vertical receiving channel 6, which has a square cross section and is aligned with its vertical side walls in each case parallel or perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the respective component 2 or 4. This receiving channel 6 is provided for receiving an anchor plug 7 or for receiving a frame part 8 of a supporting frame of a bed cover. In the case of the second components 4, the upper sleeves 5 also each contain a vertical receiving channel for receiving an anchor plug 7 or a frame part 8 of the supporting frame. These vertical receiving channels each have a square cross section and are aligned with their vertical side walls in each case parallel or perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the second component 4.
The anchor plug 7 has an upper fastening head 9 and a pin 10 with a square cross-section projecting downward therefrom, which fits into the vertical receiving channels 6. The fastening head 9 of the anchor plug 7 fits into the provided on the underside of the components 2 and 4,
<Desc / Clms Page number 10>
lower brackets and in the upper brackets 11, which are each provided at the upper ends of the vertical receiving channels 6, which are provided in the middle of the components 2 and 4 or in the upper sleeves 5 of the second component 4. On the underside of the connecting sleeves 1 of the first components 2, lower brackets for the fastening head 9 of an anchor plug 7 are provided.
To anchor a first component 2 in the floor, an anchor plug 7 is inserted with its upper fastening head 9 into the lower holder of a connecting sleeve 1 and the anchor plug 7 is pressed into the floor with its pin 10 by pressure on the first component 2.
The anchor plug 7 can also be used to anchor a first component 2 to the top of a second component 4 or to connect the two superimposed components 2 and 4. For this purpose, an anchor plug 7 is inserted with its upper fastening head 9 into the lower holder of an end connection sleeve 1 of the first component 2 and then the bottom of the first component 2 is placed on the top of the second component 4 and the anchor plug 7 with its out the connecting sleeve protruding downward pin 10 inserted into the vertical receiving channel 6 of the upper sleeve 5 of the second component 4.
The upper holder 11 for the fastening head 9 of the anchor plug 7 provided at the upper end of the respective vertical receiving channel 6 is embedded in the top of the relevant component 2 or 4 and the anchor plug 6 is a cover cap which can be retracted into the top of this component 2 or 4 designed for the respective vertical receiving channel 6.
The fastening head 9 of the anchor plug 7 has at least one downwardly open recess 12 for receiving one

Projection 13 of the upper bracket 11. The recess 12 is formed as a vertical slot and the projection 13 as a vertical web. The slot 12 and the web 13 are assigned to the rest position of the anchor plug 7, in which it can be countersunk as a cover cap for the vertical receiving channel 6 in the top of the relevant component 2 or 4.
If, in the rest position, the anchor plug 7 is pulled out of a vertical receiving channel 6 of this component 2 or 4 and inserted again rotated by 90 degrees in a lower component 2 or 4, then it is supported with its fastening head 9 on the upper side of the lower component 2 or 4 and protrudes with its mounting head 9 above the top of the lower component 2 or 4 upwards. This facilitates the anchoring of an upper component 2 or 4 on the upper side of the lower component 2 or 4, because the upper component 2 or 4 is only with the corresponding lower holder provided on its underside on the upwardly projecting fastening head 9 of the lower component 2 or 4 must be placed.
With these components 2 or 4, boundary walls can be produced with a single component row or with a plurality of component rows lying one above the other, in which the superimposed components 2 or 4 are connected to one another by anchor plugs 7 or anchored to one another.
5, 7 and 8 show a cold frame, the border of which consists of boundary walls composed of first and second components 2 and 4, respectively. This bed border carries a rigid support frame for a bed cover. The rigid support structure consists of arched support frames, which are each composed of two half-arches 8, 8a and are connected to one another by rigid gable profiles 14 arranged on the gable. The gable profiles 14 are each provided at their two ends 14a with latching devices for latching the upper ends of the two half-arches 8,8a of a curved

shaped support frame provided (Fig. 6). The arched support frames or their semicircular arches 8, 8a are designed as rigid metal and / or plastic profiles with an H cross section.
The arcuate support frames are inserted with their vertical lateral end sections in mutually opposite vertical receiving channels of the components 2 and 4. A flexible bed cover 15 stretched over the supporting frame is fixed to each arch-shaped supporting frame by a round cord inserted into its outer profile groove, which is lashed to the boundary wall on one of the components. Fig. 9 shows a device for lashing such a round cord.
