Two-axle bogie for rail vehicles
The invention relates to a two-axle bogie for rail vehicles, in which the axle drives or the brake carriers of each axis guided by horizontal wishbones are arranged to be rotatable about the wheel axles and are supported by a horizontal torque arm, one end of which is connected to a pivot point on the axle drive or the brake carrier . Bogies of this type are already known.
In these known bogies, the torque arms articulated on the axle drive or on the brake carrier are attached with their other end to a part firmly connected to the bogie, e.g. B. hinged on a console. However, this type of construction has the disadvantage that a starting or braking torque of an axle is transmitted to the bogie via the torque arms, which results in either a relief or a greater load on the adjacent axle of the bogie.
This results in different adhesion conditions for the individual axles of the bogies, which is undesirable.
It is known to counteract the axle relief in a bogie by articulating the frame as close as possible to the upper edge of the rail. This so-called deep linkage
EMI1.1
The aim of the invention is to create a bogie in which a change in the adhesion ratios of the axles when starting and braking is avoided in a structurally simple manner and which can also be used for tram vehicles.
The invention consists in the fact that the end of each torque arm on the vehicle body side is connected to a pivot point which cannot be displaced in the direction of force relative to the vehicle body and which is arranged on a turntable which can be rotated on the vehicle body around a vertical, fixed axis of the same, on which the bogie frame is pivotably mounted around a horizontal transverse axis , whereby the axle bearings, the hinge points, the steering arm and the transverse axis of the bogie frame are approximately in a plane parallel to the upper edge of the rail. In this way it is achieved that a starting or a braking torque is transmitted through the torque arms to the car body and not to the bogie. As a result, the bogie arranged at the other end of the car body is somewhat loaded or relieved.
However, the forces that occur are negligibly small.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. It shows schematically a side view of a motor bogie.
The car body-1-is based on a turntable-2-, which is fixed with respect to the body in relation to the longitudinal direction of the car, but can rotate about the pin-15-. The turntable -2-- is in turn supported on both sides via pivot points -3- on the bogie frame -4-, which can be inclined about the transverse axis with respect to the turntable -2. The spring-loaded axle-bushing guides-5-which guide the axle-6-are articulated on the bogie frame-4. The carrier system-7-, in this case a gear box, is rotatably supported on the axis z.
The reaction

Torque of the support system --7-- is transmitted by the torque support --8-- from a pivot point - 9-- on the support system -7- to a pivot point-10-the turntable that is permanently connected to the box-1 . The hinge points of the bogie frame-3, 11- and the axis-6-are arranged in such a way that they are as far as possible in a plane parallel to the rails.
EMI2.1
In the exemplary embodiment shown, the axle suspension is provided by horizontal helical springs - 14-. But it can also be done in another known way, such as. B. by vertical coil springs, torsion bar springs or rubber or air springs.
The mode of operation of the arrangement described is as follows:
The axes-6-of the bogie are spring-loaded compared to the frame-4, but can adapt to a change in the terrain angle by tilting the frame without affecting the axle loads. The horizontal drive and braking forces are approximately in

-7- directly with turntable-2-. The reaction, starting and braking torques are thus transmitted via the supports -8- to the turntable -2- and via the journal -15 to the car body -l-. This reduces a reaction to the frame-4 and an influence on the axle loads to a minimum.
