Gestalt eines Bügels, der einen Mittelteil 4 und zwei Seitenteile 5 aufweist. Er ist an die Fassung mit einem Anlenkmechanismus angeschlossen, der später beschrieben wird.
Die Fassung 2 besitzt einen Vorderrand 6, gegen den sich der Mittelteil 4 anlegt, wenn die Vorrichtung 1 sich in der Stellung als Schutzkappe (Fig. 2) befindet und eine obere Fläche 7, gegen welche sich der Mittelteil anlegt, wenn die Vorrichtung in die Stellung als Sonnenblende (Fig. l) gebracht worden ist.
Die Fassung besitzt an jeder ihrer seitlichen Flächen 8 eine Ausnehmung, die sich aus einem Teil 9 mit zueinandergeneigten Rändern und aus einem Teil 10 zusammensetzt, der tiefer und' mit parallelen Rändern ausgebildet ist.
Der Anlenkmechanismus umfasst ein Gleitstück 11, das im Teil 10 der Ausnehmung geführt ist und einen Ausschnitt 12 aufweist, der durch zwei Vorsprünge 13 begrenzt ist. Wie aus Fig. 3 ersichtlich, besitzt der Ausschnitt 12 im wesentlichen dieselbe Tiefe wie der Teil 9 der Ausnehmung. Eine Schraube 14 durchsetzt eine Hülse 15, welche einen Schlitz 18 in der zugeordneten Seitenwand 5 des Bügels 3 durchdringt und in das Gleitstück eingeschraubt ist. Der Schlitz 18 ist im wesentlichen parallel zum Mittelteil 4. Eine Feder 16 ist mit dem einen ihrer Enden um eine Achse 17 gewickelt, die am Ende des Teiles 9 der Ausnehmung festgelegt ist ; das andere Ende dieser Feder dringt in den Ausschnitt 12 des Gleitstückes 11 ein, wo es gegen einen der Vorsprünge 13 anschlägt.
In der in Fig. l ersichtlichen Stellung ist der Bügel 3 an einer Verstellung nach links durch einen Anschlag 19 gehindert, gegen welchen sich der hintere Rand des Seitenteiles 5 abstützt. Wie Fig. 4 zeigt, ist dieser Anschlag 19 durch eine Hülse gebildet, die in einer Bohrung 20 der Fassung 2 gleiten kann und darin gegen die Wirkung einer Feder 21 durch eine Schraube 22 festgehalten ist.
Wenn sich der Bügel 3 in der in Fig. l ersichtlichen Stellung befindet, stützt sich sein Mittel- teil 4 gegen die obere Fläche 7 der Fassung 2 durch die von der Feder 16 ausgeübte Kraft ab.
In der Stellung als Schutzkappe (Fig. 2) legt sich der Mittelteil 4 des Bügels 3 federnd gegen den Vorderrand 6 der Fassung 2 an, ebenfalls unter der Kraft der Federn 16.
Wenn der Bügel 3 von der einen Stellung in die andere verschoben werden soll, gleiten die Gleit- stücke 11 im Teil 10 der Ausnehmung gegen die Wirkung der Federn 16, um das Verschwenken des Mittelteiles 4 des Bügels um die obere Vorderkante der Fassung 2 zu ermöglichen.
Wenn man Aufnahmen ohne Verwendung der Sonnenblende durchzuführen wünscht, was der Fall sein kann, wenn Aufnahmen eines sehr naheliegenden Gegenstandes gemacht werden sollen, genügt es, auf die Anschläge 19 zu drücken, um sie in der Bohrung 20 verschwinden zu lassen, und die Sonnenblende nach rückwärts zu verstellen. Diese Verstellung ist ohne weiteres mit Hilfe des Schlitzes 18 möglich, dem entlang sich die von der Hülse 15 umgebene Schraube 14 verstellen kann. Der Vorderrand der Sonnenblende kann demzufolge zurückgestellt werden, bis auf die Höhe des Vorderrandes der Fassung.

Shape of a bracket which has a central part 4 and two side parts 5. It is connected to the socket with a link mechanism which will be described later.
The socket 2 has a front edge 6 against which the central part 4 rests when the device 1 is in the position as a protective cap (Fig. 2) and an upper surface 7 against which the central part rests when the device is in the Position as a sun visor (Fig. L) has been brought.
The socket has a recess on each of its lateral surfaces 8, which is composed of a part 9 with edges inclined towards one another and of a part 10 which is deeper and has parallel edges.
The articulation mechanism comprises a slider 11 which is guided in part 10 of the recess and has a cutout 12 which is delimited by two projections 13. As can be seen from Fig. 3, the cutout 12 has essentially the same depth as the part 9 of the recess. A screw 14 passes through a sleeve 15, which penetrates a slot 18 in the associated side wall 5 of the bracket 3 and is screwed into the slider. The slot 18 is essentially parallel to the central part 4. A spring 16 is wound with one of its ends around an axis 17 which is fixed at the end of the part 9 of the recess; the other end of this spring penetrates into the cutout 12 of the slide 11, where it strikes against one of the projections 13.
In the position shown in Fig. 1, the bracket 3 is prevented from being moved to the left by a stop 19, against which the rear edge of the side part 5 is supported. As FIG. 4 shows, this stop 19 is formed by a sleeve which can slide in a bore 20 of the mount 2 and is held therein by a screw 22 against the action of a spring 21.
When the bracket 3 is in the position shown in FIG. 1, its central part 4 is supported against the upper surface 7 of the mount 2 by the force exerted by the spring 16.
In the position as a protective cap (FIG. 2), the middle part 4 of the bracket 3 rests resiliently against the front edge 6 of the mount 2, also under the force of the springs 16.
When the bracket 3 is to be moved from one position to the other, the sliding pieces 11 slide in part 10 of the recess against the action of the springs 16 in order to enable the central part 4 of the bracket to pivot about the upper front edge of the mount 2 .
If you want to take pictures without using the sun visor, which can be the case when pictures of a very close object are to be made, it is sufficient to press on the stops 19 to make them disappear in the bore 20, and the sun visor after to adjust backwards.
