Papierhalter für Rollen, insbesondere Klosettpapierhalter
Es sind Papierhalter für Rollen, insbesondere Klosettpapierhalter, zum Abreissen von Einzelblättern bekannt, bei welchen an einer Hinterwand zur Befestigung an einer Raumwand zwei seitliche Wangen vorgesehen sind, in deren Lagerschlitze die auf einer durchgehenden Stange vorgesehene Papierrolle ge- lagert ist, wobei das Papierband durch eine Öffnung eines Rahmens, der oberhalb der Lagerung der Pa- pierrolle an dem Halter schwenkbar vorgesehen ist, durchgezogen und über eine Abreisskante geführt wird. Dieser Rahmen weist nahe der Öffnung eine Delle auf, die als eine Art Bremsorgan für die Rolle dienen soll.
Gemäss einer andern Art derartiger Papierhalter für Rollen ist an einem an der Wand befestigbaren
Bügel einU-förmiger Drahtbügel schwenkbar gelagert, dessen offene Enden in die offenen Seiten der Papierrolle eingehakt werden. An der Lagerung für den U-förmigen Drahtbügel ist ausserdem ein weiterer, jedoch an der Basis geschlossener Drahtbügel vorgesehen, der ein flaches Blechstück zum Anliegen an der Papierrolle und überdies ein aufgebogenes Blechstück für das Abreissen des darüber geführten Papierbandes aufweist.
Es ist ferner ein Halter für Klosettpapierrollen bekannt, bei dem in seitlichen Wangen des Gestells, das an der Wand zu befestigen ist, die Papierrolle mit dem durchgehenden Zapfen drehbar gelagert ist. An einem doppelten Lager ist ein U-förmiger Bügel vorgesehen, der in normaler Richtung zu der durch den Bügel bestimmten Ebene eine Platte trägt, die oben scharfkantig ausgebildet ist und die als Abreisskante dient, wobei die Platte selbst an der Papierrolle anliegt.
Es ist ferner eine Einrichtung für das Abreissen von einzelnen Blättern von Klosettpapierrollen bekannt, die aus zwei Wangen und einer Hinterwand besteht und nach vorne ein offenes Gehäuse in U-Form bildet, in dem ein Gussrahmen vorgesehen ist, der vorne eine Abreisskante für das Papierblatt aufweist, wobei dieser Gussrahmen unabhängig von der Bewegung eines plattenförmigen Rahmens ist, der im eigentlichen Sinne das Bremsorgan darstellt und in Plattenform auf der Papierrolle aufliegt.
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Papierhalter für Rollen, insbesondere einen Klosettpapierhalter, zum Abreissen von Einzelblättern mit einem nach unten offenen, aus zwei Wangen und einer Hinterwand bestehenden und nach vorne offenen U-förmigen Gehäuse, in dem ein mit einer Reisskante für das Abtrennen der Einzelpapierblätter versehenes Organ gelagert ist, das zugleich durch sein Gewicht und mittels eines Bremsorganes ein verzögertes Abrollen des Rollenpapiers bewirkt, wobei das wesentliche Kennzeichen der Erfindung darin besteht, dass das die Reisskante aufweisende Organ aus einem nach hinten gegen die Lagerstellen ein U bildenden, aus Blech oder Kunststoff gefertigten Rahmen besteht, der eine nach unten ausgeprägte Bremsleiste aufweist, die einen Teil des zweckmässig deckelartigen Organs bildet.
Der wesentliche Vorteil des Gegenstandes der Erfindung gegenüber dem Bekannten besteht vor allem in der sehr einfachen Konstruktion und im Zusammenbau der Teile, da der Papierhalter nur aus zwei Teilen besteht, von denen der eine im andern gelagert ist. Ausserdem sind Bremsleiste und Abreisskante aus ein und dem selben Stück durch Stanzen oder Pressen gebildet, so dass auch der Materialaufwand ein sehr geringer ist.
Die Zeichnungen zeigen eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Gegenstandes der Erfindung, u. zw. stellt die Fig. l im Schaubild den Papierhalter von der Seite dar, während die Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht veranschaulicht.

Der aus zwei Wangen mit einer an einer Wand in bekannter Weise zu befestigende Rahmen des Papierhalters ist mit H bezeichnet, wobei inAusnehmungen der Wangen ein Stab mit der Papierrolle R drehbar gelagert ist. Der aus Blech oder Kunststoff bestehende deckelartige Rahmen D ist in Lagern b der Wangen des Rahmens H oder Halters schwenkbar gelagert und ist bei l mit einer Ausnehmung versehen, wobei diese durch teilweises Ausstanzen der Bremskante C gebildet ist. Der vordere Kantenteil ist zu einer zweckmässig gezahnten Reisskante P ausgebildet und der Papierstreifen wird durch die Ausnehmung l über die Reisskante P gezogen, wobei die Zahnung das Abreissen eines Papierblattes erleichtert.
Die Lagerung b und die Lagerstelle für den Stab für die Papierrolle sind aufeinander so abgestimmt, dass, wie die Pfeile in Fig. 2 andeuten, sich die Kante der Bremsleiste C in einem Bogen etwa zur Achse der Papierrolle bewegt und dabei ständig auf dem Umfang der Papierrolle in Richtung eines Radius unter der Kante der Bremsleiste aufliegt.
