Kassenschalter-Drehteller
DenGegenstand der Erfindung bildet ein Kassenschalter-Drehteller, welcher der Übergabe bzw. Entgegennahme von Geld, Fahrkarten, Legitimationen und sonstigen Schriftstücken aller Art dient.
Die Mängel, die sich bei den bereits verwendeten Kassenschalter-Drehtellern gezeigt haben, wurden behoben, u. zw. auf folgende Art und Weise :
Bei den bisher bekannten Drehtellern wurde der Drehteller unter der Deckplatte eingebaut. Im entstandenen Zwischenraum verklemmten sich Geldstücke und-scheine sowie Fahrkarten und sonstige Schriftstücke und verursachten dadurch Betriebsstörungen.
Bei dem erfindungsgemässen Drehteller liegt die Oberkante genau in der gleichen Ebene der Deckplatten-Oberfläche, so dass die oben beschriebenen Nachteile wegfallen.
Der Drehteller besteht aus Aluminiumguss. Die Mulden zur Geldaufnahme sind oval, die Bodenkanten rund ausgebildet. Die Geldmulden können jedoch dem jeweiligen Verwendungszweck entsprechend verschieden ausgebildet sein. Die Lagerung wird auf einem Drehkreuz mit Ring aus Aluminiumguss an der Deckplatte montiert und besteht aus einem massiven Stahlbolzen und zwei in der Schale des Drehtellers montierten Drucklager.
Der Drehteller kann auch aus Kunststoff in gleicher Ausfertigung hergestellt werden.
Die Zeichnungen zeigen eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes, u. zw. Fig. l einen lotrechten Mittelschnitt durch den Drehteller, Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf den Teller.
An der Deckplatte A ist das in einem Ring B1 endende Drehkreuz B befestigt, auf welchem in der Mitte der Lagerstahlbolzen C aufgeschraubt wird. Auf dem Drehteller D mit den Geldmulden D1 ist eine Lagerschale E ausgebildet, in der die Doppeldrucklager F eingebaut werden. Die Oberkante des Drehtellers D liegt dabei genau in der Oberfläche der Deckplatte A.
Keine Gegenstände der Erfindung sind die Fixiervorrichtung M, die Führungshülse K für einen gefederten Druckknopf und der Riegel H, welcher in die Fixiervorrichtung M einrastet.

The subject matter of the invention is a turntable for the cash desk, which is used for the transfer or receipt of money, tickets, legitimations and other documents of all kinds.
The deficiencies that have been shown in the cash desk turntables that have already been used have been corrected, including in the following way:
In the previously known turntables, the turntable was installed under the cover plate. In the space created, coins and bills, as well as tickets and other documents, got stuck and caused operational disruptions.
In the case of the turntable according to the invention, the upper edge lies exactly in the same plane of the cover plate surface, so that the disadvantages described above are eliminated.
The turntable is made of cast aluminum. The recesses for receiving money are oval, the bottom edges are round. The money troughs can, however, be designed differently according to the respective purpose. The bearing is mounted on a cast aluminum turnstile with a ring on the cover plate and consists of a solid steel bolt and two thrust bearings mounted in the shell of the turntable.
The turntable can also be made of plastic in the same finish.
The drawings show an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, u. between Fig. 1 is a vertical central section through the turntable, Fig. 2 is a plan view of the plate.
The turnstile B, which ends in a ring B1, is attached to the cover plate A and the bearing steel bolt C is screwed onto it in the middle. On the turntable D with the money troughs D1, a bearing shell E is formed, in which the double thrust bearings F are installed. The upper edge of the turntable D lies exactly in the surface of the cover plate A.
The fixing device M, the guide sleeve K for a spring-loaded push button and the latch H, which engages in the fixing device M, are not objects of the invention.
