Spring is supported by a pin 12 on a circuit board 13. The circuit board is guided on the one hand with an elongated hole 14 on a stationary pin 15, on the other hand it can be displaced in a recess 16 of a bolt 17 and has a tapering extension 18 which engages in the perforation of the film and is in each case under the action of the spring 19 the lower edge of the perforation holes.
This ensures that the speed of the board 13 corresponds to the film speed. After the film 1 has moved down by approximately one frame division, the cam 20 shifts the board 13 upwards again by one frame division, the button 18 being lifted out of the perforation of the film. The cam 20 revolves continuously and is rigidly coupled to the toothed drum 3.
In order to avoid imaging on the film during the return of the circuit board 13 and thus the mirror 7, a shutter blade 21 is arranged on the shaft of the cam 20, which interrupts the imaging beam path between the lens 8 and the mirror 9. A sharp image of the upper and lower picture edges is ensured by a front window 22 arranged in front of the picture window 6 and moved synchronously with the film 1. This front window is provided in a tab 23 angled from the plate 13.
Directly next to the image window 6 is a sound head 24 which rests on a magnetic track 24 attached to the glossy side of the film 1. The sound head is fed by a recording amplifier (not shown) and a bias oscillator and records the sound immediately next to the associated image. After the film has been developed, it can be edited as required, individual scenes can be exchanged for one another and scenes can be eliminated.
The playback can take place on an analog projector with optical compensation.
In principle, however, it is also possible to play back the film with a normal magnetic sound projector and to produce the required image-sound offset in a known manner by means of a one-time transfer process.
Since the film in the camera is continuously driven, the control of the mirror 7 only requires very little forces and the lever 11 and the circuit board 13 have relatively small masses, the camera is considerably quieter than the cameras with intermittently moving film, so that on a special soundproof housing can be dispensed with.
