Erfindungmindestens in einer Gruppe nur einwandfreie Halbleitergleichrichter befinden. Unter der gleichen Voraussetzung kann innerhalb einer Gleichrichterschaltung oder einer Phase einer Gleichrichterschaltung nur ein Teil der Halbleitergleichrichter bzw. nur ein Teil der Gruppen vonHalbleitrgleicÌ1richtern mit der erfindungsgemässenSchaltungsanordnung versehen werden. Im letzteren Falle kann der Aufwand zur Über- wachung beträchtlich vermindert werden ; es werden jedoch die an sich nichthäufigenfälle der Auslötung und des Durchbrennens von Spannungsteilerwiderständen nicht erfasst.
In Fig. 2 ist die gruppenweise Überwachung einer Gruppe Gr von Halbleitergleichrichtern dargestellt.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
1. Schaltungsanordnung zum Überwachen von inReihe geschaltetenHalbleitergleichrichtern mit parallel dazu befindlichen Spannungsteilerwiderständen und bzw. oder Trägerstaukreisen, d a d u r c h g e kennzeichnet, dass ein parallel zum Spannungsteilerwiderstand (R ) und bzw. oder Trägerstaukreis (Rz : Ci) geschalteterTransformator (Tr) eine von der Amplitude der Sperrspannung abhängige Steuerspannung erzeugt, die einer nachgeschalteten Anordnung, vorzugsweise einem vorgespannten Schalttransistor (S) zur Signalgabe zugeführt wird und der Ansprechwert der nachgeschalteten Anordnung auf einen Wert unterhalb der Höhe der zulässigen Sperrspannung eingestellt ist.

In accordance with the invention, only perfect semiconductor rectifiers are in at least one group. PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Circuit arrangement for monitoring series-connected semiconductor rectifiers with voltage divider resistors and / or carrier accumulation circuits located in parallel, characterized in that a transformer (Tr) connected in parallel to the voltage divider resistor (R) and / or carrier accumulation circuit (Rz: Ci) has a transformer (Tr) connected to the amplitude of the reverse voltage A dependent control voltage is generated which is fed to a downstream arrangement, preferably a biased switching transistor (S) for signaling and the response value of the downstream arrangement is set to a value below the level of the permissible reverse voltage.
