Gegenständen, insbesondere für Skier
Es ist bereits ein Halteband für Skier bekannt, das aus elastischem Werkstoff besteht und am einen Ende einen Haltezapfen und am ändern Ende eine in den Haltezapfen einhängbare Öse mit Wulstrand aufweist.
Es wurden Haltebänder für Zelte vorgeschlagen, welche Bänder an einem Ende einen wulstartigen Kopf besitzen, welcher in einem am Zeltdach festgenähten Haltelappen zu stecken bestimmt ist, während das andere Ende eine Lochung zum Durchstecken eines Endpflockes aufweist. Zum Zusammenbinden von Skiern war ein solches Halteband ungeeignet.
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist nun ein Halteband der eingangs genannten Art, zum Zusammenbinden, Anhängen und Aufbinden von Gegenständen, insbesondere von Skiern. Erfindungsgemäss zeichnet sich das neue Halteband dadurch aus, dass der an seinem freien Ende mit einer Verdickung versehene Haltezapfen auf der Oberseite eines aus Kunststoff bestehenden, an seiner Unterseite hakenartig ausgebildeten Kopfstückes angeordnet ist, und das mit einem Elastikband lösbar verbunden ist, welches im Bereich seines freien Endes die Öse mit Wulstrand aufweist.
Das Halteband ermöglicht ein leichtes Spannen und sicheres Binden von Skiern u. dgl. auch mit kalten steifen und behandschuhten Händen, wie es im Winter häufig der Fall ist.
In den Zeichnungen sind zwei beispielsweise Ausführungsformen des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, u. zw. zeigen Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht einer ersten Ausführungsform, Fig. 2 die Endteile in grösserem Massstab, Fig. 3 eine Teildraufsicht zu Fig. 2, Fig. 4 einen Teillängsschnitt durch das Kopfstück, Fig. 5 eine Seitenansicht einer zweiten Ausführungsform, Fig. 6 eine Draufsicht zu Fig. 5, Fig. 7 einen Längsschnitt durch das mit dem Verankerungswulst versehene Ende des Elastikbandes, Fig. 8 einen Querschnitt des Elastikbandes gemäss der Linie VIII-VIII in Fig. 6 in grösserem Massstab, Fig. 9 einen Querschnitt des Elastikbandes gemäss der Schnittlinie IX-IX in Fig. 6 in grösserem Massstab, Fig. 10 das Halteband an zusammengebundenen Skiern in einem Querschnitt durch die Skier und Fig. 11 eine Seitenansicht zu Fig. 10 in der Richtung des Pfeiles XI.
Das dargestellte Halteband nach der Ausführungsform gemäss den Fig. 1-4 weist ein Elastikband, z. B.
Gummiband 1, auf, das mit einer Längsrippung 2 versehen ist. 3 sind auf der ganzen Länge des Elastikbandes 1 in gleichen Abständen voneinander angeordnete Ösen, deren Rand mit einer wulstarti- gen Verstärkung 3'versehen ist. Die Enden des Elastikbandes 1 sind mit einem Verankerungswulst 4 versehen, der zur Verankerung des Elastikbandes in je einem Kopfstück 5 dient. Das Kopfstück 5 weist einen Schlitz 6 auf, der in eine Aushöhlung 7 des Kopfstückes 5 führt.
Der Schlitz 6 weist auf der einen Seite des Kopfstückes 5 eine verengte Einführungsöffnung 6'auf. In entsprechender Weise ist auch die Aushöhlung 7 mit einer runden Einführungsöffnung 7'versehen, deren lichte Weite zirka 1 mm kleiner ist als der Durchmesser des durch diese Öffnung einzuführenden Verankerungswulstes 4. Nach Einführung des Verankerungswulstes 4 durch die Einführungsöffnung 6', 7'lagert der Verankerungswulst 4 in der Aushöhlung 7 und kann nicht in ungewollter Weise durch die Einführungs- öffnung 6', 7'herausrutschen. Das Kopfstück 5 bildet einen nach der einen Seite vorstehenden Haken 8 und eine nach der andern Seite vorstehende Nase 9 zum Einhängen des Elastikbandes 1 mit

einer seiner Ösen 3.
Die Nase 9 ist mit einer vorwiegend in der Längsrichtung des Bandes 1 vorstehenden Verdickung 9'versehen, welche ein ungewolltes Aushängen des mit der Öse 3 eingehängten Bandes 1 verhindert.
Durch das Einhängen des Bandes l mit einer seiner Ösen 3 an der Nase 9 eines Kopfteiles 5 ist ein ringförmiges Schliessen des Elastikbandes l möglich. Auf diese Weise erlaubt die Vorrichtung ein

Die zweite Ausführungsform nach den Fig. 5-11 zeigt ein Halteband, das aus einem Elastikband 1 und einem Kopfstück 5 am einen Ende des Bandes gebildet ist, während das andere Ende des Bandes beidseitig mit einer Querrippung 10 versehen ist. Diese dient zum Zusammenbinden von Skiern S, wie dies in den Fig. 10 und 11 veranschaulicht ist. In diesem Falle weist das Elastikband 1 nur in der Nähe des quergerippten Bandendes eine Einhängeöse 3 auf.
Eine dritte Ausführungsform des Haltebandes besteht darin, dass dieses in verschiedenen Längen ausgeführt ist und dabei am einen Ende, wie Fig. 5 und 6 zeigen, mit einem Kopfstück 5 und am andern Ende mit Querrippung 10 versehen ist. Statt einer einzigen Öse sind in diesem Falle, je nach der Länge des Elastikbandes, zwei oder mehr Ösen 3 vorgesehen, die, wie in Fig. 1, in gleichmässigen Abständen auf der ganzen Länge des Bandes angeordnet sind. In dieser Ausführungsform kann das Halteband ebenfalls zum Umschliessen einer Ware in Paketform oder auch auf einem Gepäckträger verwendet werden.
Das Elastikband 1 besteht aus Gummi, während das Kopfstück 5 aus Kunststoff, z. B. aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff, wie Polyäthylen oder Polyvinylchlorid, im Spritzverfahren hergestellt ist.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE. :
1. Halteband zum Zusammenbinden, Anhängen und Aufbinden von Gegenständen, insbesondere für Skier, das aus elastischem Werkstoff besteht und am einen Ende einen Haltezapfen und am andern Ende eine in den Haltezapfen einhängbare Öse mit Wulstrand aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der an seinem freien Ende mit'einer Verdickung (9 1) versehene Haltezapfen (9) auf der Oberseite eines aus Kunststoff bestehenden, an seiner Unterseite hakenartig ausgebildeten Kopfstückes (5) angeordnet ist und das Kopfstück mit einem Elastikband (1) lösbar verbunden ist, welches im Bereich seines freien Endes die Öse (3) mit Wulstrand (3') aufweist.
