Stuhlsitz aus Holz
Die bekannten, aus Holz gefertigten Stuhlsitz bestehen aus einer Sitzplatte und etwa rechtwinkelig dazu angeordneten Seitenteilen, den sogenannten Stuhlzargen. Die Herstellung derartiger Sitze erfolgt, indem zunächst die Stuhlzarge durch rechtwinkelige Verbindung von vier Leisten od. dgl. hergestellt wird. Anschliessend wird dann die eigentliche Sitzplatte mit den Stuhlzargen verbunden. Es sind auch Stühle be- kanntgeworden, bei denen auf die Zargen eine Sitzplatte aufgelegt ist, die mit ihren gebogenen Seitenteilen aus einem Stück gefertigt wurde. Dünne Sitzplatten erfordern jedoch immer eine Rohr- oder Stan- genkonstruktionalsUnterbau, wodurch die Herstellung des Stuhls verhältnismässig aufwendig und teuer ist.
Um eine grundlegende Vereinfachung eines Stuhlsitzes aus Holz, insbesondere Sperrholz zu erzielen, bei welchem die Sitzplatte mit ihren abgebogenen Seitenteilen aus einem Stück besteht, ist neuerungsgemäss die Sitzplatte mit den Seitenteilen selbsttragend ausgebildet, und es sind in den Ecken fest mit den anliegenden Seitenteilen und der Grundplatte verbundene, an sich bekannte Klötze zur Befestigung von Stuhlbeinen vorgesehen. So ist jetzt lediglich nocherforderlich, dasAusgangsmaterialentsprechend zuzuschneiden, die Seitenteile nach unten abzubiegen und mit den an den Ecken befindlichen Klötzen zu verleimen. Dabei ergibt sich eine sehr erhebliche Arbeitserleichterung, die sich bei einem Massenartikel wie dem Stuhl sehr erheblich auswirkt.
Die Halteklötze für die Stuhlbein gestaltet man zweckmässig etwa dreieckförmig und die Ausgangs- fläche zur Herstellung der Sitzplatte mit den Seitenteilen wählt man vorzugsweise so, dass sie derGrl, sse der Sitzplatte zuzüglich der Seitenteile entspricht. An den Ecken sind dabei an sich bekannte etwa dreieckförmige Ausschnitte vorgesehen.
Die Zeichnungen zeigen ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung. Es stellen dar :
Fig. 1 die Unteransicht eines Stuhlsitzes, wobei die linke Hälfte der Figur die Abwicklung darstellt, Fig. 2 eine teilweise geschnittene Seitenansicht.
Der Stuhlsitz l bestehtaus der eigentlichen Sitzplatte 2 und den rechtwinkelig zu dieser abgebogenen Seitenteilen 3. An den Ecken 4 sind jeweils dreieckförmige Halteklötze 5 angeordnet, welche die Seitenteile 3 untereinander und mit der Sitzplatte 2 verbinden. Ausserdem befinden sich an den Ecken 4 Ausnehmungen 6, dierechtwinkelig zur Sitzplatte 2 verlaufen und zur Aufnahme der Stuhlbein 7 dienen. Diese sind durch Schrauben 8 anden Halteklötzen 5 festgelegt.
Die linke Seite der Fig. l zeigt in strichpunktierter Weise die Abwicklung des Stuhlsitzes 1. Es ist deutlich zu erkennen, dass eine Gesamtfläche vorliegt, die der Grösse der Sitzplatte 2 zuzüglich der Seitenteile 3 entspricht, wobei an den Ecken 4 jeweils etwa dreieckförmige Ausschnitte 9 vor- gesehen sind. Nach dem Zuschnitteiner solchen Ausgangsfläche werden die Seitenteile 3 lediglich nach unten abgebogen und dann die Halteklotze 5 mit allen Teilen zusammen verleimt.
