Description

  Ski-Halteband aus elastischem Werkstoff
 EMI1.1

 <Desc/Clms Page number 2>

 EMI1.1

 <Desc / Clms Page number 2>

 Bearing 2 provided end of the belt 1 between two skis 10 and 11, the running surfaces of which are directed against each other, in such a way that the abutment 2 on the two side edges 12
 EMI2.1
 the two skis 10 and 11 is applied. While stretching the band, it is then first wrapped around the ski 10, after which it engages over the abutment 2 and is then also wrapped around the ski 11, the free end finally extending over the band section which rests on the surface of the ski 10.

   As a result of the stretching of the band 1, the enlarged section of the buttonhole is located above the head 7 of the push-through button so that the head 7 can be pushed through the buttonhole 6. If the captured free end of the tape with the bead 3 is then released, the tape shrinks, so that the shaft 8 of the push-through button now comes to rest in the tapered end of the buttonhole. A fixed connection is thus established and the two skis 10 and 11 lie firmly on top of one another, the end of the tape provided with the abutment 2 lying between the two skis. In order to prevent the handle end provided with the bead 3 from hanging freely and thus disturbing, it is pushed onto the counterpart 5 with the push button 4 and thus held on the band 1.

   From Fig. 4 it is clear that the tape when not in use can be wrapped tightly together and therefore easily transported without taking up space. Of course, it is also possible to use the band according to the invention not only as a ski retaining band, but rather it is also possible to combine other parts with it which are to be connected to one another in a similar manner. With a corresponding tape length, it is also possible, for example. to loop around more than two boards lying on top of one another, with tape sections lying between the individual boards.

   PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Ski strap made of elastic material - such as rubber or the like - attached to one side
 EMI2.2
 is formed, with the band with the abutment resting laterally when the skis (10, 11) are clamped and its adjoining inner section is inserted between the skis, wraps around them with an overlap and with the buttonhole (6) at the free end in the push-through button ( 7-8) clicks into place.
