Ceiling slab for buildings
The invention relates to a ceiling plate for buildings, the walls of which are preferably provided with cavities in the interior, in particular heat-insulating, z. B. consist of single-layer panels made of lightweight concrete, which are connected to one another by the ceiling panels,
In such structures, cold bridges have always arisen in the area of the ceiling support, since the material from which the ceiling panels were made was different from the material from which the walls were made.
According to the invention, these cold bridges can be avoided in that the ceiling panels in the area of the support points on the wall are made of the same material as the single-layer panels, with a section made of heavy concrete adjoining the part of the ceiling panels made of the single-layer panel material.
As a result of this construction, the preferably heat-insulating wall surfaces are not interrupted by the heavy concrete ceiling in the area of the ceiling support, and no cold bridges can occur.
An embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing, which shows a section through two single-layer panels arranged one above the other and the mounting of a ceiling panel.
The ceiling parts 3 of the ceiling slab 2 made of heavy concrete, located in the area of the support points, consist of the same heat-insulating material (e.g. thermocrete concrete or lightweight concrete) as the single-layer panels 1 and have the same strength as the concrete of the ceiling slab 2. Thermocretebeton is a concrete that contains broken blast furnace slag granulate with a maximum grain size of 5 mm and cement, the proportion of particles with a grain size of less than 0.2 mm being at least 1090 and the proportion of the mixture consisting of granulate and binding agent being at least 50% . If necessary, pumice with a grain size of over 3 mm and / or expanded clay with a grain size of at least 3 mm can also be added to the concrete.
It is advisable to insert inclined separating surfaces on the inclined bends 4a of the reinforcement 4 in the area of the ceiling support, which allow the separation between heavy concrete and thermocrete concrete in the simplest possible way and which are removed after the first part of the ceiling has been produced, whereupon the other concrete is applied wet on wet in order to achieve a uniform ceiling field 2,3.
The ceiling part 3 is introduced into recesses 5 of the single-layer panels 1, which ensures a secure connection between the wall and the ceiling.
