Die Bedeutung der Enthitzung des in den Kondensator eintretenden Abdampfes durch Kondensatverdampfung wird deutlich, wenn man beachtet, dass die Wärmeübergangszahl von überhitztem Dampf an die Austauschfläche zur Wärmeübergangszahl von kondensierendem Sattdampf an die Austauschfläche je nach Höhe der Überhitzung im Verhältnis 1 : 50 bis 1 : 100 steht.
Diese Aufgabenstellung ist gemäss der Erfindung mit einem luftgekühlten Kondensator gemäss Stammpatent Nr, 234736. gelöst, der im wesentlichen dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass im Bereichderdampfverteilerkammerseitigen Lagenausflussöffnungen der Kondensatorblöcke nach unten geneigte Spritzbleche angeordnet sind.
Ein schematisiertes zeichnerisches Ausführungsbeispiel des Kondensators zeigt die zueinander geneigten Kondensatorblöcke 1, die zwischen sich die sogenannten Dampfverteilerkammern 2 einschliessen, in die der zu kondensierende Dampf durch Zuströmöffnung 3 eingeleitet wird.
Die Kondensatorblöcke bestehen aus in Lagen zusammengefügten Kondensatorelementen, wie sie im Stammpatent beschrieben sind. Gemäss der Erfindung sind nun in Ergänzung und Verbesserung des Stammpatentes im Bereich der Lagenausflussöffnungen 4, die in die Dampfverteilerkammern 2 münden, Spritzbleche 5 angeordnet. Die jeder Lagenausflussöffnung 4 zugeordnete Spritzfläche ist so angeordnet, dass sich für das ausfliessende Kondensat eine ausreichende Fallhöhe ergibt. Dadurch wird erreicht, dass das niederfallende Kondensat mit ausreichender Fallgeschwindigkeit auf die Spritzflächen trifft und dort zersprüht bzw. fein verteilt wird. Durch den entstehenden Flüssigkeitsnebel wird der diesem entgegenströmende Dampf zusätzlich enthitzt.

The significance of the desheating of the exhaust steam entering the condenser through condensate evaporation becomes clear when one takes into account that the heat transfer coefficient from superheated steam to the exchange surface to the heat transfer coefficient from condensing saturated steam to the exchange surface in a ratio of 1:50 to 1: 100, depending on the level of superheating stands.
This object is achieved according to the invention with an air-cooled condenser according to parent patent no. 234736, which is essentially characterized in that splash plates inclined downward are arranged in the area of the layer outflow openings of the condenser blocks on the side of the steam distributor chamber.
A schematic illustrative embodiment of the condenser shows the condenser blocks 1 inclined towards one another, which include the so-called steam distribution chambers 2 between them, into which the steam to be condensed is introduced through the inlet opening 3.
The capacitor blocks consist of capacitor elements assembled in layers, as described in the parent patent. According to the invention, splash plates 5 are now arranged to supplement and improve the parent patent in the area of the layer outflow openings 4 which open into the steam distribution chambers 2. The spray surface assigned to each layer outflow opening 4 is arranged in such a way that there is a sufficient height of fall for the outflowing condensate. This ensures that the falling condensate hits the spray surfaces at a sufficient speed and is sprayed or finely distributed there. The vapor flowing in the opposite direction is additionally heated by the resulting liquid mist.
