Packung für Wurstwaren od. dgl.
Wurstwaren oder ähnliche Erzeugnisse haben die unangenehme Eigenschaft, dass sie in angeschnittenem Zustand rasch ein unansehnliches Aussehen bekommen, was auch dann nicht verhindert werden kann, wenn die Wurst od. dgl. in einer gekühlten Glasvitrine gelagert wird.
Die Erfindung hat es sich zum Ziel gesetzt, eine Packung für Wurstwaren od. dgl. zu schaffen, durch die das Grauwerden der Wurstsicher verhindert wird, trotzdem die Schnittfläche der verpackten Wurst sichtbar bleibt. Die erfindungsgemässe Packung soll ausserdem leicht zu handhaben und billig herzustellen sein,
Diese Ziele werden unter Verwendung einer etwa dem Durchmesser der Wurst entsprechenden steifen Platte dadurch erreicht, dass die Platte aus durchsichtigem Material, z. B. aus Glas, "besteht und an ihrem Umfang mit einem Kragen versehen ist, der irn wesentlichen luftdicht an die Wurst anlegbar ist.
Durch die erfindungsgemässe Packung ist es möglich geworden, den zur Schau gestellten Wurstwaren od. dgl. über längere Zeit hindurch ein appetitliches Aussehen zu erhalten, weil sich die steife durchsichtige Platte fest an die Schnittstelle der Wurst anlegt, wobei sowohl die Anlage als auch der luftdichte Abschluss durch den mit der Platte verbundenen Kragen unterstützt wird.
Packungen für Wurstwaren unter Verwendung von dem Durchmesser der Wurst angepassten steifen Platten sind zwar schon bekannt, jedoch sind bei den bekannten Wurstwaren die nicht durchsichtigen Platten unterhalb der Umhüllung bzw.. Haut angeordnet und dienen lediglich zur. Erhaltung der Form der Wurst.
Auch Sichtpacku ! 1gen für Wurstwaren wurden schon vorgeschlagen. Diese zylindrischen Packungen sind aber in ihrenBasisflächen undurchsichtig und nur im mittleren Teil des Mantels durchsichtig. Fur angeschnittene Würste od. dgl. sind alle diese Packungen nicht brauchbar.
Nachstehend ist an Hand zweier Ausführungsbeispiele die Erfindung näher erläutert, wobei die Fig. l eine Wurst mit einer eine flexible Hülle besitzenden Sichtpackung in schaubildlicher Ansicht zeigtunddie Fig. 2 ein weiteres Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung in'Ansicht, teilweise geschnitten, darstellt.
Gemäss Fig. 1 liegt an der Schnittstelle der Wurst 1 eine steife durchsichtige Platte 2 an, die an ihrem. äusseren Umfang mit einer Hülle 3 verbunden,. z. B. verklebt ist. Der Kleberand ist mit 4 bezeichnet. An ihrem der Glasplatte 2 abgelegenen Ende ist-die Hülle 3 z. B. mit einem Gummiring 5 versehen, dersich satt an den Umfang der Wurst anlegt. Wie ersichtlich, kann die erfindungsgemässe Sichtpackung ähnlich einem Strumpf über die Wurst gezogen bzw. von dieser abgezogen werden, so dass die Handhabung äusserst einfach ist. Auch die Herstellung ist sehr billig.
Bei dem inFig. 2 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist wieder eine durchsichtige Platte 6 vorgesehen, an die sich ein aus steifem Material bestehender Kragen 7 anschliesst, der zweckmässig einstückig mit der

geprägt, so dass die deckelartige Sichtpackung auf das Schnittende der Wurst aufgeschraubt werden kann.
Wie Versuche gezeigt haben, genügt schon eine leichte Prägung der Gewinde, um einen sicheren Halt und einen dichten Abschluss der Packung zu erreichen.
Selbstverständlich sind im Rahmen der Erfindung noch zahlreiche Abänderungen möglich. So können z. B. die Hülle 3 ebenfalls aus einem durchsichtigen Werkstoff bestehen bzw. wäre die Aufbringung des Gewindes 8 auch auf andere Art als durch Prägen denkbar. Die Anwendung der erfindungsgemässen Packung ist nicht nur auf Wurstwaren beschränkt, sondern es können auch Schinken, Rollkarree oder ähnliche Waren damit verpackt werden.

Numerous modifications are of course still possible within the scope of the invention. So z. B. the shell 3 also consist of a transparent material or the application of the thread 8 would also be conceivable in other ways than by embossing. The use of the pack according to the invention is not limited to sausage products, but ham, square bars or similar goods can also be packaged with it.
