  Holländertrog aus Zement mit Eisengerippe. 



   Die Holländerschalen, welche rostfrei sein sollen, wurden bisher ganz aus Gusseisen hergestellt und mit l3 ei- oder Kupferblech oder mit Touplättchen verkleidet. Nouerdings hat man auch versucht, durch Angiessen von Noppen das Anbringen eines Zementübergusses   wu   ermöglichen. Diese Schafen sind alle sehr teuer, während die gleichfalls üblichen Schalen die ganz aus Beton oder aus Zement nach dem Moniersystem hergestellt sind, an dem Mangel litten, nicht versetzt werden zu können und durch die Notwendigkeit der Herstellung in der Form grössere Kosten zu verursachen. 



   Nach der vorliegenden Erfindung sollen die Vorteile beider Systeme   miteinander \cr-   einigt werden, dadurch, dass der   Holländer   auf einen gusseisernen Boden aufgebaut wird, indem   die Seitenwandp, die Zwischenwand und   der   Kropf   nach   dem Monicrsystem   in der Weise hergestellt werden, dass das metallene Gerippe in dem gusseisernen Boden seinen Stützpunkt findet. So würden die aufrechten Teile der   Holländerscbalc   aus Zement mit

 ununterbrochener Schicht hinziehen. Solche   Holiänderschalcn   sind durchaus rostfrei, können beliebig versetzt werden und sind zu billigem Preise herzustellen. 



   Aus den Zeichnungen geht die neue Bauart hervor. 



     Der gusseiserne Boden   a ist mit geeigneten Hohlrippen b versehen, in welchen dip Ständer c des Monierskeletts befestigt werden. Um diese legt sich dann die   Zementmasse/'   und bedeckt in den üblichen Formen die gesamten Boden-und Sknletteile. Der Boden a kann auch ans   einem   anderen geeigneten gleichfesten Stoff hergestellt werden.
