Dadurch wird dem Schaft 53 in jeder Lage, in der er sich gerade befindet, gegen seine Aufwärtsbewegung ein äusserst grosser Widerstand entgegengesetzt, so dass es genügt, die Patrize nur einmal kurzzeitig in die Fertigziehstellung zu drücken, um sie automatisch in dieser Lage festzuhalten.
Ein Emporheben des Bedienungshebels 56 und damit der Patrize 2 würde, solange die Reibungsarretierung wirksam ist, Kräfte erfordern, die die normale menschliche Muskelkraft übersteigt, so dass ein unbeabsichtigtes Heben der Patrize durch äussere Einflüsse mit Sicherheit ausgeschaltet ist und die Erhärtung des Formstückes unter dem gleichen Druck erfolgen kann, der vom Bedienungsmann kurzzeitig auf die Patrize 2 ausgeübt worden ist.
Dagegen bietet die Reibungsarretierung so gut wie gar keinen Widerstand gegen die Abwärtsbewegung des Schaftes 53, so dass die Betätigung des Hebels 56 keinen grösseren Kraftaufwand erfordert als ohne die erfindungsgemässe Reibungsarretierung. Soll - z. B. nach Erhärtung des Formstückes - die Patrize 2 wieder angehoben werden, dann genügt ein leichtes Anheben des Sperrhebels 61 in der Richtung des Pfeiles A, um die Arretierung auszuschalten, so dass der Bedienungshebel 56 wieder gehoben werden kann. Gegebenenfalls kann das Anheben des Bedienungshebels 56 nach Ausschaltung der Arretierung auch selbsttätig erfolgen, beispielsweise durch eine Zugfeder 65 oder ein Gegengewicht, wobei die Zugfeder zwischen dem Bedienungshebel 56 und einem darüber befindlichen Punkt des Gerüstes 50 gespannt ist.
PATENTANSPRÜCHE :
1. Ziehvorrichtung für Folien aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff, bestehend aus zwei gegeneinander verschiebbaren Formteilen, von denen einer an einem Schaft befestigt ist, der in einem mit dem den an- dernFormteil tragenden Gerüst fest verbundenen Rohr mittels eines Hebels auf- und abwärts bewegbar ist, wobei für den beweglichen Formteil in Fertigziehstellung eine Verriegelung vorgesehen ist, gekennzeichnetdurch eine auf den Schaft (53) einwirkende Reibungsarretierung (60,61, 63), die ausschliesslich gegen die Aufwärtsbewegung des Schaftes (53) wirksam ist.
