Description

   <Desc/Clms Page number 1>

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Initialzündsatzes
 EMI1.1

 EMI1.2

<tb>
<tb> Antimontrisulfid <SEP> 30-60%
<tb> Bleidioxyd <SEP> 50-20%
<tb> Kalziumsilicid <SEP> 5-20%
<tb> Kaliumchlorat <SEP> 3-10% <SEP>
<tb> roter <SEP> Phosphor <SEP> 2 <SEP> - <SEP> 80/0 <SEP>

  Method for producing an initial primer
 EMI1.1
 phor, which high proportion of potassium chlorate in connection with the considerable proportion of red phosphorus leads to smoke, sparks and flames when burning. These disadvantages are now eliminated according to the invention by increasing the proportion of antimony trisulfide, but reducing the proportion of potassium chlorate or perchlorate to such an extent that it is still sufficient to initiate the combustion process.

   Since lead dioxide is used as a partial replacement for the potassium chlorate and calcium silicide is added as a new component of the mixture, which burns with lead dioxide with development of high temperatures and without gas formation, the phosphorus content of the mixture can also be reduced.

   The composition of the mixture according to the invention can be within the proportions given below:
 EMI1.2

<tb>
<tb> Antimony trisulfide <SEP> 30-60%
<tb> lead dioxide <SEP> 50-20%
<tb> calcium silicide <SEP> 5-20%
<tb> Potassium Chlorate <SEP> 3-10% <SEP>
<tb> red <SEP> phosphor <SEP> 2 <SEP> - <SEP> 80/0 <SEP>
<tb>

 EMI1.3
