Bracing device for electrical conductors by means of thread-shaped pre-formed wire loops
The invention relates to a tensioning device for electrical conductors, in particular for
Steel aluminum ropes, using pre-formed thread-shaped wire loops, the two ends of which are placed around the conductor rope to be tensioned and exert concentric pressure on the rope. With such anchoring devices there is a risk that the inner layer of the rope slips within the outer layer under the action of the load, so that the outer layer almost alone has to absorb the tensile load and tear before the maximum permissible load on the rope is reached.
The danger is particularly great when using thread-shaped preformed wires because they encompass the rope evenly, so there? the outer layer of the rope acts like a pipe with unfavorable wire tolerances and absorbs the concentric pressure acting on the rope without transferring it to the inner layer.
The invention avoids the risk of relative displacement between the outer layer and the inner layer of the rope in that the inner layer and the outer layer are held together by a clamping device which prevents relative axial displacement and which grasped a part of the inner layer freed from the outer layer while circumventing the outer layer.
A structural form of this type that is only suitable for end bracing is characterized in that the end of the inner layer of the conductor cable exposed within the loop is clamped by a clamp which is supported against the face of the outer layer (Fig. 3).
Another embodiment of the invention, which is also suitable for the tensioning of continuous ropes, is characterized in that, approximately in the middle of the area in which the preformed wires lie on the outside of the rope, the outer layer of the rope is removed over the length of part of this area and is replaced by a filler body made of electrically conductive material that can be pressed radially inward onto the inner layer.
The filler body can have an outside diameter equal to or slightly larger than the outside diameter of the rope

preformed inner layer and the preformed wires reached.
It should be noted that the task of preventing the inner layer from slipping through md, rl. to prevent daily ropes, even with known conical clamps and is loose. For example, a conical clamp is known for bracing continuous steel-aluminum ropes, in which the steel core is cut through, led out laterally from the surrounding aluminum wire layer and guided in a straight line for bracing, while the surrounding aluminum wire layer is bent laterally and held by a special clamp (German patent no. 640070 '). While there the inner layer and outer layer are each held by a special clamp, in the case of the subject matter of the invention, the inner layer and outer layer are both
