Vorrichtung zum Waschen von Feinsand
EMI1.1
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>
Leitungen i, m, n sind einstellbare Drosselventile o, p, q eingebaut.

Device for washing fine sand
EMI1.1
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
Funnel is formed, to which funnel a cylindrical section is connected at the bottom, wherein in the annular gap formed between this and the pure water pipe, vortex surfaces are provided for rearranging the sinking fine sand, and that preferably the upper edge area of the top
Funnel is provided with throughflow slots.
The device has the advantage over the known washing systems that the fine sand particles are largely and effectively freed from dirt over a relatively short distance.
In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is illustrated in a central section through the device, limited to the parts required for understanding.
The device consists of a funnel-shaped vessel tapering downwards, which comprises the funnels a and b, which separately form an annular space c which opens down into the funnel space.
A cylindrical section d adjoins the funnel part b at the bottom, which is again offset
Annular space e forms, which merges down into the funnel f, which has a drain opening g at the bottom. The water is fed into the annular space c tangentially from the overlying annular space h, which is fed via the inflow line i gei, and is injected into the funnel space through a conical baffle k.
Likewise, water is jetted into the funnel space via the nozzle ring 1, which is connected to the inflow line m. Water is further jetted tangentially into the annular space e via the line n. In the
Lines i, m, n have built-in adjustable throttle valves o, p, q. An annular gap r is formed in the cylindrical funnel space d, in which vortex surfaces s arranged offset are provided which, as indicated by serpentine lines, result in a zigzag path through the annular gap r. The upper
The edge of the funnel space advantageously has diagonally directed through-flow slots t, through which the dirty water flows off and is caught and carried away in the ring line w.
The sand / dirt mixture to be processed is fed centrally via the feed device u, which is designed in its lower part v so that the liquid is evenly distributed over the surface of the funnel.
The device works as follows:
The slurried sand dirt mixture fed into the funnel space of the device via the distributor device u, v at the top flows continuously into the funnel space. Simultaneously with the sand / dirt mixture, water flows are conducted via the lines i, m, n via the ring channels c, e and the diaphragm ring 1 into the funnel space. In this way there is an upward flow in the funnel space, which calms down in a known manner upwards by enlarging the funnel cross-section.
The light suspended particles and also dirt particles are carried upwards by this upward flow. Due to the tangential inflow of the rinsing water, a uniform outflow from all sides from the annular space c is achieved and an additional movement of the liquid is obtained and thus the individual grains of sand are freed of all adhering dirt. This cleaning process is then carried out in the
Annular gap r is conveyed further through the serpentine path generated by means of the vortex surfaces s, so that the fine sand entered above with fresh water is discharged through the opening controlled by the slide y.
The liquid entered through the lines i, m, n is adjusted by the throttling devices o, p, q, u. between the throttling devices are regulated in such a way that the individual currents are matched to one another according to the operating conditions and only the shut-off device x needs to be actuated when the device is started up and shut down.
