in webs on the inner circumference of this jacket. With the round recesses 11, uniform stress distributions can be achieved in the elastic jacket 10.
The elastic mounting according to FIG. 3 is formed from the smaller ring 8 and the larger ring 7, between which the webs 9 are firmly adhered so that their adhesive surfaces 17 adhere to the end face of the smaller ring and with the adhesive surfaces 16 the inner circumferential surface of the larger ring 7 establish a firm connection. The webs 9 are distributed in an even or odd number in a circle, their outer circumferential surface forming a corresponding line 23 between the outer circumferential surface of the smaller ring 8 and the inner circumferential surface of the larger ring 7. The rings 7 and 8 are advantageously made of metal or rigid plastic. The surface planes are preferably in the transverse direction and parallel to one another.
Depending on requirements, stud bolts 12 for connecting the bearing body to the machine parts to be connected can be arranged in the rings 7 and 8.
InFig. 4 shows how the webs 9 can be arranged uniformly distributed on the inner circumference of the ring 7. In this embodiment there is a jacket 10, not shown in FIG. 3, which extends from one to the other web 9 in height and width. This jacket should be so thin that it does not have any dynamic influence.
In Fig. 5 a further embodiment is shown in which the webs 9 also lie on the corresponding surface line 23 between the ring 7 and the ring 8. This is an enlargement of the adhesive surfaces 16 and 17 as a result of an enlargement of the rubber volume which covers the rings 7 and 8 at least on one of their broad sides.
InFig. 6 shows a molding tool for producing the connecting link according to the invention, in which the lower mold half 18 forms the webs 9 in that corresponding longitudinal slots are embedded around the circumference up to the contour 19. The upper mold half 20 can be extended in the direction of the arrow. and their inner contours 21 are adapted to the outer mold contours 22 of the lower mold half 18.
The inventive design of the bearing body enables production in a single operation, because the elastic jacket, the connecting webs and the interlayer studs are made of the same material, while the metal parts are attached during the vulcanization process.
PATENT CLAIMS:
1. Elastic mounting of a unit for spin dryers, in particular spin dryers, in which an annular body made of elastic material with metal rings of different diameters adhering firmly to its two edges carries the unit consisting of motor and spin drum, the elastic body having several webs evenly distributed over the circumference which are inserted into a recessed, thin-walled jacket, characterized in that the radial distance of the axes of the webs firmly connected to the metal rings (7, 8) from the axis of the unit is at least 11/2 times as large as the axial Extension of the webs, with one of the metal rings, preferably the one connected to the motor flange, as is known per se,
lies in the horizontal plane of the center of gravity of the unit.
