Claims (1)

  1. PATENTANSPRUCH : Schneidwerkzeug für Mikrotome, insbesondere Ultramikrotome, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es aus einem Kristall, insbesondere Einkristall eines Hartstoffes, wie z. B. eines Karbies, Borides, Silizides, Nitrides, Oxydes von Metallen. und Metalloiden, besteht, von dessen Kristallkanten eine als Schneide dient.
