SoMtgpretM for the production of roof tiles.
The subject of the present invention forms a stamp rungs for the production of Zomont roof boggles and. Like., In which by special management of the Schlagplatto hezw dos Schlageiscns a uniform compression of the under all circumstances
EMI1.1
Requires guidance of the stroke iron when smoothing the stoin surface.
To eliminate these shortcomings just described, in the present invention, a relatively narrow mortar, the Stoinpron! precisely adapted bar used, which is connected by Lling ledges, which are precisely adapted to the stone profile, with a longitudinally displaceable axis in special guides so that it can swing up and down around the axis, as well as can be moved along the molding box and consequently that Strike iron not only has precise, safe guidance in every position, but can also be used as a scraper after the mortar material has been compacted, with each lateral,
Uneven spots on the Stoinoborniche causing movement of the iron through the longitudinal strips in the Ver, one with the side guides is prevented.
The drawing illustrates: FIG. 1 a top view of the striking device, FIG. 2 a side view of the same, FIG. 3 a partial cross section of the striking device, FIG. 4 the cross section of the iron guide.
The strike plate respectively. the chisel p is designed according to the profile of the brick, but the profile does not only extend over the chisel itself, but there are attached to this special, from the deep-lying profile points and precisely adapted profile strips l, which at their ends by means of a web s connected to one another and guided between the rails a by the pin s attached to the latter.
As a result, the iron p is guided twice, on the one hand by the longitudinal strips 1 resting in the depressions of the profiled molding box edge and on the other hand by the axis s, s held between the rails a, whereby even with advanced wear, considerable inaccuracyon in the impact cise movement are not to be feared.
When using the hammering device, the mortar material is first brought into the rammed form in the usual way and then with the help of the hammer p it is compacted in such a way that by means of the bar p, starting from the rear, a series of blows with constant pulling the hammer p against the material is carried out in such a way that stroke after stroke is lined up, d. H. the bar p is moved forwards at most by its own width after each stroke.
Since the compression of the mortar material only ever takes place on a narrow strip, the peculiarity of the material to be processed is also taken into account insofar as there is an opportunity to avoid the blows where there is an excess in the mold.
The longitudinal strips / are by no means an obstacle in the excess material, because since they occupy a large distance from one another, the excess mortar can enter between the strips on both sides, from where it is
EMI1.2
can, as already mentioned earlier, as a result of the arrangement of the longitudinal guides n, be used as a scraper after the mortar material has been compacted.
