and can be easily removed with a damp sponge and is used wherever water for cleaning should be avoided as much as possible.

The cleaning effect of the emulsion and the paste shows itself to be very great even on extremely dirty objects of all kinds. Leather, glass, metals, paints based on nitro and synthetic resin, but especially plastic goods of all kinds, deformation and constitution, can be cleaned very easily and completely.

    Embodiment:
emulsion
Solution 1: 170 g of carboxymethyl cellulose are dissolved in L 500 cm3 of water at around 60 ° C and a mixture of 20 g of Lanette wax N and 30 g of Emulgade F, both products from Deutsche Hydrogenwerke, which were previously melted together at around 500 ° C. added. The carboxymethyl cellulose solution and the wax mixture must be mechanically stirred well until they cool.

Solution 2: 90 cm of a tray of thioglycolic acid are slowly mixed with 230 cm3 of sodium hydroxide solution, which contains 20% NaH, in approx. 000 cm3 of water and then the neutralized and alkalized solution to 1. 460 cm3 total volume filled with water. To this sodium thioglycolate solution, 180 g of syrupy fatty alcohol sulfate, which should contain at least 401o detergent substance, are added and stirred well.

Solution 3: This consists of only 2,000 cm3 of trichlorethylene. Combinations of various substances are possible here, provided they are good fat dissolvers; the buttocks. mtvolumenso1l2. Do not exceed 000 cms.

Solutions 1 and 2 are then combined and stirred well by machine. Solution 3 is then added to the thick emulsion obtained and again stirred very quickly by machine. When the three solutions are stirred together, the air should be switched off as far as possible in order to prevent oxidation of the thioglycolates and, in the case of fat solvents, loss of substance through evaporation. Iron must also be switched off when stirring and mixing, as this largely makes the thioglycolates ineffective. The above also applies to any packaging material.

This gives a whitish-yellow thick emulsion which hardly settles and can be colored as desired, provided the dyes used are alkali and thioglycolate-fast.

   paste
The above-described emulsion is shown in exactly the same way for the production of the paste, only with solution 2 the total volume is only made up to 1,100 cm3 and 80 g more fatty alcohol sulfate is added.

In addition, 700 g of the finest kieselguhr or quartz sand or a mixture of the two and 450 g of magnesium oxide are added to the emulsion produced in this way and the mixture is stirred as described above until the paste is completely uniform.
