Description

  Vorgeformter   Dachschalenteil
 EMI1.1

 <Desc/Clms Page number 2>

    Dächeru. zw. stellt die Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt des Dachschalenteiles dar, während die Fig. 2 eine schematische Ansicht mehrerer nebeneinander angeordneter Dachschalenteile wiedergibt.

  Preformed roof shell part
 EMI1.1

 <Desc / Clms Page number 2>

    Roofs Between. FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section of the roof shell part, while FIG. 2 shows a schematic view of several roof shell parts arranged next to one another.

   As can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2, the roof shell parts are made as narrow curved, approximately semicircular in cross section or curved according to other curves of a higher order narrow and thin elements 1, which by means of reinforcement inserts, for. B. by means of structural steel mesh 2, are reinforced. A heat-insulating layer can be provided on the inside. The ends of the roof shell parts facing the upper wall end are provided with a nose-shaped projection 5, which has a groove provided in cross section with an S-shaped wall delimitation 7 downwards, which groove is denoted by 6. To the outside beyond the wall 8 of the building, the element 1 is preferably provided with a nose 10, to which a gutter can be attached below, which has not been shown.

   The upper end of the wall 8 is provided as a transom with an elevation 11, which has a reinforcement 12 and a counter profile adapted to the S-shaped cross-sectional shape of the roof shell edges, whereby a clamp-like connection is achieved between the roof shell parts and the transoms. The two surfaces that come to lie on top of one another are provided with an insulating compound so that a watertight shielding from the outside is possible. The main advantage of this design is that the element 1 can be placed on the nose and then swiveled in counter-clockwise.

   This is particularly advantageous if the elements are divided in the plane of symmetry 4 of the building, so that the two parts meet at the top in the middle and are closed and connected here in a manner known per se by putty and cementing.

   According to FIG. 2, several such elements with a small width a are arranged next to one another to form the roof. The roof shell parts can be provided with tongue and groove or correspondingly matching strips on their abutment surfaces, for example already during production on the floor (molding), which then also come into a form-fitting connection with one another in a correspondingly isolated manner.
