Feed gear for periodic rotations, the angle of rotation of which can be continuously changed during operation and under load, especially for fully automatic dough dividing and molding machines
The invention relates to a noiselessly working feed gear for periodic rotations, the angle of rotation of which is continuously variable during operation and under load, in particular for fully automatic dough dividing and molding machines, using an eccentric; Such machines are used for small baked goods to regulate the weight of the pieces of dough to be cut.
It is known to perform the cutting of the dough pieces using crank rocker mechanisms in various ways. However, these crank mechanisms have the disadvantage that the required weight units can only be adjusted while the machine is standing or only using complicated machine elements while the machine is running. Furthermore, it has proven to be unfavorable that in order to be able to set larger weight units, one has to work with a large crank arm area, which inevitably leads to large tolerances. These tolerances are further increased by the form-fitting connection of the individual movement elements, where they are in particular due to processing and wear. Furthermore, it is very disadvantageous that the gears take up a relatively large amount of space.
The object of the invention is to develop a feed gear for adjustable jerky rotations, in particular for fully automatic dough dividing and molding machines, in which a large weight range, for example from 10 to 150 grams, can be set at any time, even while the machine is running, with all tolerances avoided and a small design is achieved.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that a differential gear is provided, one of which is adjustable via a self-locking worm gear drive, while the other ring gear is connected to a flat thread disk, in whose thread an eccentrically adjustable disk for the cam output engages, which in turn rotates with a Gear is coupled that is connected to the driven differential gear carrier via a countershaft transmission. In this case, it is advisable to drive the flat thread disk via a compensating gear carrier firmly connected to the drive shaft and the number of revolutions of the flat thread disk to be equal to the number of revolutions of the disk.
According to a further feature of the invention, the force required for work is transmitted to the output shaft by means of a rack and pinion gear via a freewheel or a roller clutch and is a spring element or an adjustable lever on the shaft for the return of the rack and pinion gear and the frictional connection of the rack with the disk Weight arranged.
In the drawing, an embodiment of the invention is shown.
Four shafts with slide or ball bearings are mounted in a gear housing, a drive shaft 1, an output shaft 19, 21, an intermediate shaft 13 and an auxiliary shaft 10. A spur gear 15 and bevel gear 5 and bevel gear 6 are rotatably mounted on drive shaft 1. The web 2 and the spur gear 11 are firmly and non-positively connected to the drive shaft 1 by means of a feather key, wedge or dowel pin.
Two guide grooves running parallel to one another are incorporated into the spur gear 15 on one plane surface side. The bevel gear 5 is firmly connected to a disk, in one of which is a flat surface

Spiral groove has been incorporated and thus represents a flat thread washer. A disk 16 is attached between the spur gear 15 with the guide grooves and the bevel gear 5 with the flat thread disk. The disk 16 has two guide stones on one flat surface which engage in the guide grooves of the spur gear 15, and on the other side of the flat surface a guide stone which engages in the spiral groove of the flat thread disk.
The bearing of the disk 16 is clearly determined by the guide stones on the flat surfaces of the disk 16 and the grooves of the spur gear 15 and the bevel gear 5 with the flat thread disk and the groove thereof.
The differential gear carrier 2, which is firmly connected to the drive shaft 1, carries the rotatably mounted bevel gears 3 and 4. The bevel gears 3 and 4 are in engagement with the bevel gears 5 and 6. The bevel gear 6 rotatably mounted on the drive shaft 1 has a worm gear firmly connected. The worm 7 results with the bevel gear 8, which is firmly connected to the worm shaft, via the bevel gear 9, which in turn is firmly connected to the auxiliary shaft 10, one through the worm 7 and the worm gear 6, the bevel gear 8 and the bevel gear 9 self-locking angle drive. The spur gears 12 and 14 are firmly and non-positively connected to the intermediate shaft 13 by means of a feather key, key or dowel pin.
The spur gears 12 and 11 as well as 14 and 15 are in mesh so that the intermediate shaft 13 with the spur gears 12 and 14 result in a fixed transmission link to the spur gear 5.
In front of the disk 16 there is a plunger mounted in two guides, which is designed as a rack 17 due to the incorporated toothing. Above this rack 17, the output shaft 19 and 21 is rotatably mounted in the gear housing at an angle of 900.
The output shaft 19 is firmly and positively connected to the spur gear 18 and the star of the freewheel or roller clutch 20 as well as the weight rod 22 by means of a feather key, wedge or dowel pin.
The axis of the output shaft 21 must be precisely aligned with the axis of the output shaft 19. The output shaft 21 is firmly connected to the clutch ring of the freewheel or roller clutch by feather keys. The clutch rollers distributed on the circumference of the freewheel spider on incorporated surfaces create a force-fit connection of the spider with the clutch ring, but only in one direction of rotation. A weight 23 is slidably mounted on the weight bar 22.
The gearbox is driven with the help of the first drive shaft 1. A compensating gear carrier 2 is firmly connected to this.It runs at the same speed and allows the bevel gears 3 and 4, which are rotatably mounted on the compensating gear carrier, to roll on the bevel gears 5 and 6. By fixing the bevel gear 6 with a self-locking worm wheel and worm 7, bevel gear 8 and 9 and auxiliary shaft 10, the result is that the bevel gears 3 and 4 roll on the bevel gear 6 and drive the bevel gear 5 at twice the speed of the first drive shaft 1, i.e. in a ratio of 1: 2. The gear 11, which is firmly connected to the first drive shaft, transmits its power to the gear 12, which is rigidly seated on the shaft 13.
This cooperation between the conical and straight-toothed gears creates a gear element with a gear ratio of 1: 1. Fixedly connected to the transmission shaft 13 is the gear 14, which meshes with the gear 15 and operates at a transmission ratio of 1: 2, so that the same speeds result between the gear 15 and the bevel gear 5. By an additional rotation of the auxiliary shaft 10 with the self-locking worm drive 6 and 7 in engagement with the bevel gear and firmly connected worm gear 6, the bevel gear 5 can be given an additional lead and lag, so that compared to the fixed speed of the gear 15 each one, compared to the bevel gear 5, a precisely definable difference arises.
A disk 16 is arranged between the bevel gear 5 and the gear 15 and is connected to the gear 15 with parallel guides and the bevel gear 5 with a plane thread and the disk 16 with a rack 17. Due to the specific, deliberately caused difference between the bevel gear 5 with a fixed plane thread and the rack 17 fixed to the disc 16, the disc is eccentrically pushed out of the shaft means. The rack 17 is set in a reciprocating motion by this eccentrically changeable disc and drives a gear 18 which is firmly connected to the shaft 19. A freewheel 20 is attached to this shaft so that the output shaft 21 rotates in a certain jerky manner.
The rack 17 is always brought into a non-positive connection with the disk 16 by means of a spring element or a weight 23, which is arranged eccentrically adjustable on the shaft 19, when the transmission is required to return.
