Vibration speed regulator and circuit for regulating electrical machines
In the case of the regulation of alternators and three-phase generators with excitation machines specified in the parent patent no. 201723 (claim 3), a major regulation error occurs at the end of the regulation range when the excess voltage becomes zero. This is because the contact vibrations caused by the pulsations of the magnet system prevent the intimate contact contact required at this operating point.
According to the subject matter of the invention, the occurrence of a major regulation error can be avoided if the vibrations of the contacts caused by the pulsations of the magnetic core are partially suppressed. This partial suppression can now take place electrically or mechanically, and ultimately also electrically and mechanically combined.
For example, with mechanical suppression, FIG. 1, the movable contacts K and K2 are elastically attached to the contact holder H using leaf springs in such a way that the distance between the spring clamping points E and the bearing pivot point L is a fraction of the distance between the magnetic core A and the point L. Such an arrangement, in which the armature A and the movable contacts K 1 and K2 are expediently located on different sides of the bearing pivot point L, can be seen from FIG. The vibrations occurring at the clamping point E are then already greatly reduced in and of themselves and are only partially effective due to the elastic connection between the movable contacts and the contact holder.
Conversely, the movable contacts (FIG. 2) K and K can be rigidly attached to the contact holder H and the mating contacts K can be designed as elastic leaf spring contacts.
With electrical suppression z. B. a rectifier connected in a bridge circuit in the circuit of the measuring coil S (Fig. 3). However, switching on a rectifier can lead to generator voltage oscillations in generators with high magnetic inertia or in exciter machines with a small excess voltage. These oscillations can be avoided in that a second winding is applied in a manner known per se over the coil of the magnet system, which is also switched directly or indirectly by the contacts of the high-speed regulator. Such an arrangement can be seen from FIG.
The three-phase generator D., for whose rotor excitation a shunt machine E is used, is regulated by a voltage regulator according to the drawing according to the parent patent no. 201723, but according to the invention a second winding V is applied to the measuring coil S, which is used to generate the vibrations and serves for return. The winding V is influenced by the contacts of the high-speed regulator directly or indirectly, depending on how they are connected to the circuit. which the contacts switch, is galvanically or inductively or capacitively coupled. From Fig. 3 an arrangement can be seen in which the influencing takes place directly, u. between the fact that the winding V is parallel to the shunt regulator N, it could of course be in series with the same.
By closing and opening the contact pair K-K or K2-K, the winding V is more or less excited in the cycle of the contact oscillations, whereby the resulting AW of S and V pulsate with the same cycle rate and the armature vibrates.
