Schrank mit nach oben öffnende Rollo
EMI1.1
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

Cabinet with upward opening roller blind
EMI1.1
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
This attachment of the springs means that if the roller blind is in a position deviating from the equilibrium position, the springs assume a triangular position, which results in a force in or against the direction of movement of the roller blind. Is z. B. the hanging on the front of the cabinet part of the blind is larger than the hanging on the cabinet back Rollotsil. The end beam 9 is above the equilibrium position, so that the springs 11 exert a downward force on the end beam which, if the springs are correctly dimensioned, compensates for the weight difference between the unequal length and therefore unequal weight hanging down on the front and back of the cabinet.
If the cabinet is more open, the springs, which are now pointing downwards, compensate for the excess weight of the part of the blind on the back. The open position of the roller blind and the springs is also illustrated in Fig. 1 by dash-dotted lines.
Due to the arrangement and dimensioning of the springs according to the invention, such a good weight compensation can be brought about that the roller blind remains in any position. The space required by the springs is very small and does not affect the usable volume of the cabinet. The renewal of the springs can be done by anyone without difficulty.
If the cabinet has a roller blind, the length of which corresponds essentially to the height of the cabinet part to be closed by the roller blind, as shown in FIG. 3, the equilibrium position is much higher and the extension of the springs in the closed position is approximately twice as high large, as in the open position, which fully corresponds to the overweight occurring in each case. In this case the case occurs that the springs must be guided around the upper rear edge of the rear wall in the closed position, as can be seen from FIG. 3. In order to achieve an even tension of the springs, the edge is rounded and the springs, as far as they come into contact with this edge, with a flexible hose, not shown, for. B. made of plastic, coated.
The invention is not restricted to the illustrated embodiments. Thus, the springs can attack other than the described points on the cabinet frame or the roller blind, instead of being anchored at a common point, at separate points on the roller blind and replaced by rubber bands or the like.
The invention permits modern forms of the cabinets, since there is no longer any need to cover the roller blind, in particular as is required when the roller blind is rolled up.
PATENT CLAIMS: 10 cabinet with upward-opening roller blind with two springs or the like, which act on the one hand on the cabinet frame and on the other hand on the roller blind, characterized in that in the equilibrium position of the roller blind, in which the weight of the parts of the blind hanging down on the front and rear of the cabinet is of the same size, the springs or the like assume a position approximately perpendicular to the direction of movement of their contact points (10, 12) on the roller blind.
