Umlaufrohr.

Circulation pipe.
The subject matter of the present invention is a circulation pipe according to patent no. 16095 and no. 18222, which has the purpose of not only providing finished links that produce smoke or fire channels by simply rowing one behind the other, but also the furnaces themselves.
EMI1.1
tube with double connecting webs, Fig. 6 and 7 a double tube serving as a fire bridge. 8 and 9 represent deviations from the forms of FIGS. 1-3 and respectively. 4 and 5, in which there are also lateral approaches.
In the new tube shape, the connecting web d between the tubes a, b is designed to form a grate bar, so that a complete furnace can be obtained by simply lining up the tubes without adding any other links. A similar shape is illustrated by FIGS. 4 and 5. In this case, the connecting web d is only at a greater height, i.e. H. not at the bottom of the pipes, so that the combustion chamber becomes lower, while there is space below for an ash fall. In addition, the web d is designed twice, d. H. there are two connecting webs cl side by side, each of which forms a grate bar, so that each double tube results in two grate bars for the furnace.
In the form of FIGS. 6 and 7, the connecting web d is increased in height so that it represents a wall 9 which serves as a fire bridge. If you switch after a number of tubes according to FIGS. 1-3 BEZW. 4 and 5 lined up, a pipe according to FIGS. 6 and 7, one obtains a furnace that is closed to the rear by a fire bridge.
8 and 9, finally, each one tube according to FIG. 1 respectively. Figures 4 and 4 illustrate the arrangement of the pipes by which they are able to simultaneously form side channels for the flue gases. There are here the lateral shoulders f 1, which can be arranged either only on one side of the tubes or on both, and which, when assembled with other, correspondingly designed tubes, form single or double channels for the hot gases.
Of course, it is also possible to design the tubes with only one extension / on one side and with two extensions f, f 'on the other side, so that they become asymmetrical, depending on the type of channels to be formed.
The Robrformen shown therefore make it extremely easy to produce even complicated firings. Heating surfaces under a boiler floor.
