Ny = NI. L, = N1. Bl,.
NI

Fig. 5 zeigt ein Übersichtsschaltbild des gesamten Rechengerätes.

EMI1.1
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
If, in addition to steam power plants, for which an exact cost function curve can be drawn up, a network group also includes hydropower plants, the problem arises that for every amount of water a corresponding amount of fuel and thus the required coal costs must be determined as an equivalent. This allocation of the costs to a certain amount of water must take into account the load situation and the water presentation. The cost function therefore depends on the use of all power plants, on the load distribution and on the required total output of all consumers.
The difficulty in using the power plants from an economic point of view in a network complex is that there used to be no method to record the network losses incurred by the individual power plant, i.e. the network losses that are proportionate to the power plant. It is by no means a matter of knowing the total losses in the network, but rather what proportions of the total losses are attributable to the individual power plant. Calculation methods have now become known which make it possible to determine the network losses occurring at the individual power plant.
In the following the main features of these calculation methods are explained in more detail. Is z. If, for example, a network is fed by a single power plant that supplies any number of loads, it is possible to combine all loads into a single load, whereby the sum of all active powers of the loads should be equal to the active power of this combined individual load. At the same time, the network structure is thereby combined to form an impedance complex, which converges to a single point at the connection point of this single load. The dimensions and the parameters of this impedance complex must be chosen so that the power plant delivers the same output as in the case in which the power plant works on the network complex.
The losses occurring in the overall network should also occur in the same magnitude in the combined line impedance. If one now assumes that the voltage at the feed point is constant even with a variable load, then the equation can be used for this

be set; it means: U1 the voltage at the feed point, N 1 the fed-in active power,
A U1 is the projection of the voltage drop A U onto the current Bj a dimensional proportionality factor,
L, the percentage active voltage drop between the feed point of power plant 1 and a hypothetical load connection based on the voltage value at the feed point.
In this case, the total losses of the network Ny are identical to the power plant network losses Nu. 1, since there is only one single power plant, which therefore has to cover the losses Nv on its own.
The losses Ny are therefore equal to the power loss to be generated by the power plant. Since the size L1 = B11. N1 indicates the related voltage drop in the case of continuously imagined: total current between power plant and consumer, it also represents the active power loss. The real network losses Ny are then
Ny = NI. L, = N1. Bl ,.
NI
On the basis of Helmholz's superposition theorem, the power plant network losses of the network with any power plant feed-in and with any network design can be expressed as follows: Nv = -Si. kNiNkBik
The prerequisite for the above superimpositions is that when there are changes in the load cases, none of the power factors, either in the power plants or in the loads, are changed, and that the ratio of all loads to one another remains constant when there is a change in load.
This requirement exists because the relative voltage drops are expressed with the help of the coefficients in terms of active power and not in terms of currents and because the voltages at all feed-in points are

element and mass and is assigned to the respective power plant output, which is also simulated as a voltage, on the voltage stack l. Therefore, the potentials across the voltage dividers 1 and 2 are set accordingly. The mode of operation of the functional gear is as follows:
The amplifier 5 has an input voltage which is the sum of the voltages at the voltage divider 2 and the setting voltage of the arithmetic unit.
If there is a difference between the applied voltage values, the motor 4 moves in one direction or the other in such a way that the adjustment of the actuators results in a difference of zero between the two aforementioned voltages. If this state is reached, the motor 4 stops and the functional transmission is engaged.
In FIG. 2, the same functional transmission is shown as in FIG. 1, only with the difference that the windings of the autotransformer 3 are not connected to common ground at their ends, but their center taps are connected to ground. This makes it possible to simulate the conditions for negative output power, u. Zw. once the operation when generating electrical energy and on the other hand, the operation when drawing electrical energy, as z. B. occurs continuously in pumped storage plants.
InFig. 3, the actuator of the voltage divider 6 is connected to the adjustment motor 7 via a gear. The adjusting motor is connected to the output of an amplifier 8, which in turn stands due to the differential voltage between a voltage proportional to the nominal total power of the power plant and the total power set in the computing device. If there is a differential voltage between the comparison voltages mentioned, the motor comes into operation and adjusts the actuator of the voltage divider 6 until a differential voltage of zero is established at the input of the amplifier 6.
In Fig. 4 the combination of a multiplier with a transformer in the ratio 1: is shown in the forced current distribution circuit. The resistor 9 is used as a multiplication element, the conductance of which is selected according to the factor to be multiplied. This resistor 9 can optionally be connected to the normalized positive or the negative unit voltage electrically phase-shifted by 1800. The current in the resistor then corresponds to the product of the unit voltage and the factor selected by the conductance. This current is fed to the current transformer 10 and divided in the ratio (+2): (-1).
5 shows an overview circuit diagram of the entire computing device. A, B and C denote three functional transmissions, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, each of which is assigned to a power plant unit. The functional transmission A and C are used to simulate thermal power plants, while the functional transmission B z. B. is used to simulate a pumped storage plant. The input of the autotransformers of these functional transmissions A to C is connected to the output of a transformer 11, which generates a standardized voltage. The secondary winding of the transformer 11 is connected to ground with a center tap.

influences a current proportional to twice the specific cost factor 2 X. This current results from the fact that the voltage divider 13 (cf.
Fig. 3) is connected to the normalized voltage of the transformer 11 for the specific cost factor À. The electricity thus has twice the value of the specific cost factor X. The Hall electrodes of each Hall generator 12A-12C are connected to ground via the transformers 12AT-12CT and connected to the amplifier terminal not connected to a voltage divider of a function gear A, B, C via a rectifier arrangement. If there is now a difference between the voltage at the voltage divider of the functional transmission and the voltage at the output of the Hall generator, e.g. B. l2A's so adjusts the adjusting motor of the functional transmission, z. B. A, until the difference is zero.
This zero difference then corresponds to a setting of the functional transmission, from which the correct value of the power plant output power for economic operation can be taken.
It should be added that the Hall generators 12A-12C, in addition to the total current obtained via the resistors WAAW for taking into account the electrogeographic network conditions, a further current via an arrangement 16arc as shown in Fig. 4, which has the first-degree loss coefficient is proportional, and that at the same time the current corresponding to the factor 1/2 is subtracted from the total current via a resistor 15A-15C. The calculation device shown thus becomes the equation

Via the potentiometer 18, which is connected to a direct voltage source, a direct voltage proportional to the summand B ″ is added to the series connection of the secondary windings of the transformers 17 AT-17CT The total sum of all voltages is therefore proportional to the total network power loss.
To record the total power plant power, the primary windings of transformers 20, 20n and 20C are connected to the outputs of the voltage transformers of functional gearboxes A-C. Their secondary windings are connected in series via a rectifier arrangement 21, so that a DC voltage proportional to the power plant's actual total power is applied to the free terminals of the series circuit Voltages are formed and the voltage difference value is fed to the magnetic amplifier of the arrangement 13.
As a result, the servomotor of the arrangement 13 adjusts itself until the difference value between the power plant actual total power and the power plant nominal total power is zero. This enables automatic control according to a predetermined power plant target total output, taking into account the lowest generation costs, since the W ec present at the output of the autotransformers of the functional transmission. Isolation voltage is proportional to the power plant output of each power plant to be set and the power plant units assigned to them can be adjusted accordingly.
