Fig. 2).

Switch for slide projectors with automatic picture changing device
The invention relates to a switch for slide projectors with an automatic picture changing device.
Such devices are already known, but have the disadvantage that they consist of a number of switches, relays and. Like. Exist and therefore require a complicated structure.
In contrast, the invention is characterized by a disk connected to the drive axis for the image change and a ring mounted on this, provided with recesses, a segment attached concentrically to this, loosely coupled to the disk, which prevents a collapse of a
The lever that interrupts the motor circuit during a full turn, corresponding to a slide change, prevents a wedge attached to the segment, a manually operated lever that locks it, the lock of which causes the segment to shift relative to the ring, so that a recess in the segment allows the lever to fall into the recess, thereby opening the motor circuit for magazine change. In this position the magazine can be changed or moved to repeat one or more images.
After pressing the push button, the lever is automatically returned to its original position by a run-on surface and the desired slide is conveyed in front of the picture window.
Further details of the invention emerge from the accompanying drawing, on which an exemplary embodiment is shown. Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the locking ring together with the lever in the normal position, Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the same device in the magazine change position.
The drive device for the picture changing device is connected to the drive pulley 1 via a connecting rod. The drive pulley 1 is firmly coupled to the gear wheel 3 and the outer locking ring 4 via the shaft 2 and is driven by the motor 6 in the direction of the arrow by means of a worm gear 5. The outer locking ring 4 has two millings 4a and 4b as well as a wedge 4c and a pin 4d attached to the edge. In the interior of the locking ring 4 is the locking segment 7, which is loosely coupled to the locking ring 4 via the helical spring 8 and the pin 4d. The locking segment 7 has a milled recess 7a, a wedge 7b and a guide slot 7c for the pin 4d.
The contact lever 9, which closes or opens the motor contact, is designed so wide that it can only fall into the cutout 4a or 4b when it is not blocked by the blocking segment 7 (see FIG. 1) or by the Milling 7a of the locking segment 7 is released (see. Fig. 2).
If the push button attached for remote control bridges the contact interrupted by the contact lever 9 and starts the motor, the contact lever 9 slides out of the milled recess 4a and slides over the locking ring 4. Since it cannot penetrate into the milled recess 4b (see Fig. 1 ), it opens the motor circuit only after one revolution, i.e. H. if exactly one slide change has taken place. In this position, however, the magazine cannot be replaced. If you now press the lever 10 rotatably mounted on the housing around the cam 11 upwards, it stands in the way of the rotational movement of the wedge 7b and thereby causes a displacement of the locking segment 7 relative to the locking ring 4, until the contact lever 9 moves into the now adjacent Millings 4b and 7a sink in and thereby shut off the engine.
In this position the magazine can be changed or moved. Another pressure on the control button is sufficient to move the lever 10 out of the locked position with the help of the wedge 4c

allow. Under the influence of the tensile force of the spring 8, the locking segment 7 snaps back into its normal position (FIG. 1).
