Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Stuhlsitz für gepolstert Ledersessel, dessen Polsterung abweichend von der bisher bei Ledersesseln gebräuchlichen Art hergestellt ist.
Bei den bis jetzt gebräuchlichen gepolsterten Lederstühlen wird die Polsterung einfach gerade oder höchstens an der Anfliegestelle des Gesässes aufwärts gewölbt hergestellt, was sich infolge der hiedurch bedingten gezwungenen, labilen Körperhaltung für den den Stuhl Benützenden äusserst unangenehm bemerkbar macht und stets ein einseitiges Versitzen der Polsterung zur Folge hat. Als Unterlage für die Polsterung der Ledersessel diente bis jetzt ein ebenes Pressspanblatt oder dgl., welches schon bei kurzem Gebrauche durchgedrückt wurde und das Erhalten einer bleibenden Form der Polsterung verhindert.
Diese Übelstände sind bei dem Stuhlsitz nach vorliegender Erfindung dadurch vermieden, dass die Sitzfläche des Stuhlsitzes trotz der Polsterung vollständig eben ist, was durch die eigentümliche Gestaltung der durch ein entsprechend gekrümmtes Holzbrett gebildeten Unterlage der Polsterung erreicht wird.
In der Zeichnung ist ein solcher Stuhlsitz für gepplsterte Ledersessel im Schnitte dargestellt und ist 1 der Sitzrahmen des Stuhles, 2 das in denselben eingelassene, der Gesässform entsprechend nach abwärts gewölbte Sitzbrett, über welches die Polsterung 3 aufgezogen ist. Infolge dieser eigentümlichen Gestalt des Sitzbrettes 2 ist die Polsterung 3 an der Aufliegestelle des Gesässes, d. h. dem Auftreffpunkt der Schwerlinie des Sitzenden statt nach oben nach unten gewölbt, so dass also, trotzdem dass an dieser am meisten beanspruchten Stelle auch das-meiste Polsterungsmaterial vorhanden ist, die Sitzfläche des Stuhlsitzes vollständig eben bleibt, daher ein unangenehmes Gefühl für den Sitzenden und einseitiges Versitzen der Polster vollständig ausgeschlossen ist.
